To all the people who come to the rifle range,We really appreciate it and to the ones that are saying that we are not watching the shooters,Well we are and might think we’re not watching but we are and for the ones talking about our Targets Frames not being in good shape,I will tell you why they are not in good shape is because we get people out here that see if they can hit the target frame and that’s why they are all broken and if people would learn to just shoot the target then the target frames would last a lot longer and the reason that the range has a lot of paper laying around is because we have a lot of other stuff going on and we are so sorry if that’s a problem because we don’t want anybody to go somewhere else and if there’s is something wrong then we would appreciate it if you would come in and tell us,So to all the people who wrote a review we would love for y’all to keep coming out and if there’s is anything you want to tell us then come in and tell us So Thank YOU TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO COME OUT AND YOUR SHOOT SO THANK YOU FROM YOUR RANGE MASTER AND MAY GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU AMEN 🙏

ItΓÇÖs a place to go shoot at best. Yes , itΓÇÖs inexpensive but itΓÇÖs definitely not a range thatΓÇÖs upkept. Range safety is sketchy at best. The owner says he has control of the range, but is in an air conditioned building not watching the range. The man that runs it is rude as all get out. Spend the money and buy the membership at San Angelo Gun Club.

Great place to go shoot. It is a little bit of a drive once you turn off the main road. The owner keeps it simple but watches out to make sure people are safe while on his range. He has specific areas for shotguns and AR. He also gives you a target per shooter when you arrive and provides a stapler to hang your target. It isnΓÇÖt fancy but we enjoyed our time here and the setting is perfect for a good few hours of shooting.

You can't find the place! After driving past a small and easily missed sign on the highway, I pulled off and started looking. Drove for about a mile on a poorly maintained dirt road with zero signage and multiple turn offs going in random directions, so I decided to turn back and stop wasting my time.

I absolutely love this place. Great gun toten American place like god intended. ItΓÇÖs for people who KNOW how to use guns. IΓÇÖm a Marine Vet from Fort Worth and this experience I was looking for and reminded me of my childhood. You cannot beat 9$ at a gun range. 10/10 will be coming back for sure.

Great place for practicing your aim and firearm safety, owner cared about the state of the equipment thus asked for shotguns to be used with caution. Overall great place to shoot a firearm.

I think this is a great shooting spot where you aren't bothered too much with oversight. Most people seemed to be shooting responsibly. Prices are very agreeable. The target frames are a little worse for wear and there is no range officer outside keeping an eye out on people. Just watch yourself and the people around you and you will be fine. The older gentleman inside the office was very polite with me and gave me the information I needed to start shooting.

Owner is extremely condescending and rude, almost threw a tantrum over the use of shotguns and treated us like we were children, constantly ensuring that we left "not a single shotgun shell behind" or we would be banned from the range (The entire place is covered in brass). He made us walk with him like we were children so he could inspect our area for "shells" after we stated we cleaned it. Accused us of possibly hiding shells in the bushes. Spend your money elsewhere and don't be looked down upon by this guy.

My opinion of this range is not really what could be called positive. All it is, is a place to go shoot. I read the reviews and I think they are all true. It's inexpensive and no membership needed. But no range safety officer. I am surprised no one has been hurt or even killed out there. Most people don't have a clue what it means to handle weapons safely at the range. I have seen people do just about anything and everything that is unsafe but there is no one around to keep an eye on the shooters or stop them when they are a danger to themselves and others. I was happy when constitutional carry was pass because I couldn't afford a concealed carry license and now I'm legal. But the same people that carry a weapon on them or in their car everyday are the same ones you see at the gun range that don't have a clue about weapons or range safety, and that is scary. One last thing before I end this, the range needs a couple of tons of serious up keep. The benches, the targets, the rest rooms, all in need of attention.

$9 a head to shoot however you want. Pick your own lane, bring your own targets (they provide 1) and they provide staple guns. The place ainΓÇÖt pretty, since they donΓÇÖt sweep up brass or make you do either (which is awesome), and some wooden target frames are destroyed, but I donΓÇÖt expect some things to look nice when going to an open range to shoot a gun. Owner was strict about safety to allow people to walk down range for target setup and retrieval periodically. Recommend you take binoculars to avoid having to wait on those stops. Good place to zero and transition rifle/pistol drills between the 50 and 200 yard targets, if you grab a couple lanes since they werenΓÇÖt strict when I took up three lanes and setup multiple targets. Recommend a truck or SUV heading out there since the trail can be bumpy and muddy.

I will say it's an inexpensive place to go get some target practice in, which is nice, but.... The place honestly looks more like a junkyard than a gun range. I personally would like to see the operators clean the grounds up, A LOT, as well as getting a grater out there on the trail leading up to it, there are points that are nearly impassable due to deep ruts.

Owner is awesome, but hard of hearing. YouΓÇÖll have to speak up. If youΓÇÖre looking for the Augusta National of gun ranges, DMRR may not be for you. If youΓÇÖre looking to sight in your new hunting rifle or just have some fun with friends, this is the ideal place to do so. Prices are excellent with memberships available. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly with a tendency to really warm up to respectful repeat customers. Play by the rules and youΓÇÖll have a good time. Pro tip: you pay after, not before youΓÇÖre finished shooting.

Not a bad place to go and shoot, owner is pretty cool, and it's affordable if you don't want to get a membership somewhere and not get your money's worth. This will be my spot to shoot. Not the nicest but I don't care.

DonΓÇÖt bother with this place. There is no range safety officer. The sole employee is inside with the door closed. If you bring a child, heΓÇÖll charge $9 for the kid just like an adult- even if only one of you shoots at a time. The lack of supervision on the range is a major problem. Many people do not have any idea how to safely handle a firearm. I witnessed one child discharge a .22 rifle during a cease-fire and witnessed one man point the muzzle of his muzzle-loader at another manΓÇÖs wife while chit-chatting about the gun. Both of those events took place in a single 45 minute visit! This place is dangerous, run-down, and overpriced.

Could be so much better if the owners kept up on the place. The no shotgun rule is stupid. The bathrooms look like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The owners are rude and not wanting to make it fun for you. But unless you have your own land then this is the only place that I am aware of that you can shoot at for the price. They also sell ammo there, it's old and expensive but it's there. I guess that is all.

Range is good to shoot at. Definitely not the prettiest but it works. Goes out to 200 yards and I have shot rapid fire and not been told anything. Owner Is cool once you get to know him. Cheap to shoot here too if you don't want a membership.
