Q: can the public practice shooting
A: If you know an officer with access to the range, you may be permitted as a guest if you go with that officer during an 'open range' period. But that is also at the discretion of the DPD. But to answer plainly, no. Not on their own, to my knowledge.

A: No, you must be either a sworn law enforcement officer with this agency or another in the area or be accompanied by one.
