Every staff member here was extremely amicable and helpful, great customer service. They also have a wide selection of firearms; not the best prices in the business but fair enough prices.

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Well organized location and a range set up that looks to be thought out and smooth running. Great aspect is the ability to rent different weapons and interchange if needed so that you can find what fits you best.

The range is ok but the guns/rifles are way overpriced. Mission 94 in racine is way better than this one

Purchased a gun from them, my 1st time shooting it the extractor fell out. Found online that this is a common issue for these specific guns. Was pretty upset at the store but the manger called my personal cellphone to get everything figured out. This happens sometimes. Even though it was a manufacturing issue, saad took it upon himself to fix the issue. Great gunsz great customer service
