Highly recommend! We had such a great experience with Robert last night! He was able to accommodate us somewhat last minute and the experience did not disappoint. Our session was fun, intimate, educational, and Robert provided a great variety of guns to match just what we were hoping to do. The entire thing felt very safe and considered, and Robert showed great patience with a couple of beginners. Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing time with Robert at East Zion Shooting Experience! From start to finish, it was an unforgettable adventure. He made the whole experience not only fun but also incredibly educational with his clear and engaging explanations. Plus, he is so nice! His friendly and patient approach made everyone feel comfortable and safe. This was hands down the best place we could have chosen for our shooting experience ΓÇö even if you're a beginner, Robert ensures you have a fantastic time. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend this shooting experience! We were doing a roadtrip in America and wanted to do try some shooting for the first time because why not?! It's America! Only condition was that we did not want some conveyor-belt-tourist-experience, but something more personal, and Robert gave us exactly that! He was a great instructor, had a fun collection of guns and the whole experience felt genuine.

Een geweldige ervaring gehad bij ‘East Zion Shooting Experience’. Als twee personen die nog nooit geschoten hadden, waren we meer dan welkom om hier onze eerste ervaring op te doen. Robert is een top persoon om te ontmoeten én om als instructeur te hebben; alles werd goed en duidelijk uitgelegd, de veiligheid werd vooropgesteld, we mochten kiezen met welke wapens we schoten, niets was te veel! Zeker een aanrader! Wij hadden een fantastische tijd!

Had the best shooting experience with Robert. He has all sorts of guns and a beautiful shooting range out in the open. Compared to any other shooting ranges, this one is very cheap. Would highly recommend!

Booked a two hour shooting experience with a few friends, and it was absolutely brilliant. Robert is so nice and friendly, and has great knowledge about weapons. For most of us this was our second time ever shooting, and he tailored the experience to each of our levels and what we wanted to shoot. Do not think twice about booking with Robert and the East Zion shooting experience, it was an absolutely fantastic afternoon at an extremely reasonable price! WeΓÇÖd had an experience in Las Vegas the year before but this experience blew it out of the water. Robert will meet you at his house, then take you to his private range with mountains in the background, shooting at a variety of targets with lots of different weapons, letting you chose what you want to shoot. Unforgettable, and if we are ever back in the area we will be booking again in a heartbeat, and I urge you to do the same! Thanks again Robert, 10/10!

Wat een supertoffe ervaring. Robert is een geweldige instructeur en legt alles met veel passie uit. We waren met ons gezin van 6 en beleefden een fantastische tijd! We mochten op een uitgestrekt privé-terrein met allerlei soorten wapens schieten. Een echte aanrader! We loved it!

Robert was the best shooting experience possible. He educated us on gun safety, handling and techniques as well on the mechanics and differences between each rifles or firearms. The location of the practice is perfect, the landscape is great and it was so much better than being indoors. Finally Robert had a great personality.

Robert is an awesome gun instructor and tour guide! Robert made our trip to SW Utah so enjoyable. With Robert, it is not just the shooting experience, but he also told us about other activities to do in the area and which restaurants in which to eat. Robert has a plethora of guns. I wanted my wife and 12 year old daughter to experience shooting an AR in a comfortable environment and they were able to accomplish that in spades. Of course my 14 year old son and myself got to shoot some other guns as well. In addition to the AR, our whole family used Robert's lever gun, handguns, hunting rifle and shotgun with clay targets that Robert flung out there. The ground conditions were bad for utilizing Robert's normal private shooting range (we had a lot of snow and rain prior to our arrival), so Robert had us use a public shooting range and it was great. The whole family finished the 2 hours thinking it was a wonderful experience, which is exactly what I had hoped. Robert is actually a school instructor for K-12 kids, so if he can teach them, he can definitely teach anyone in your group.

We hebben een geweldige middag gehad bij Robert Lacey van East Zion Shooting Experience. Wat een belevenis!! Robert heeft ons meegenomen naar een afgelegen plek, waar we konden schieten. (Gelukkig gooiden de weergoden geen roet in het eten). Robert gaf duidelijke uitleg en de veiligheid stond absoluut voorop. Hij vertelde ons alle ins en outs van de diverse wapens, die hij bij zich had. We mochten zelf uitkiezen, waar we mee wilden schieten en we kregen ruim de tijd om deze uit te proberen. We mochten met zowel licht als zwaar kaliber schieten. Dit was voor ons zeker een van de hoogtepunten, tijdens onze rondreis door West USA. Nogmaals bedankt Robert, voor je enthousiasme en passie, namens Patrick, Marion en Rick van Zundert uit Nederland.

From July 10 2022: Robert was quick to setting up a great shooting experience after we called him with 1 day notice after we had an unfortunate quick change of plans. My wife, my daughter (14yo) and I felt we were in good hands and had a blast. After a brief walkthrough we were shooting everything from modern to old style guns. Several rifles, shotguns and revolvers and pistols to choose from. You pay for the time and just choose which guns you feel like shooting a couple of rounds with. Usually there a time try a few of them. Very safety minded and down to earth. Highly recommend if you are in the Zion area and are looking to try a few firearms as a tourist.

We had so much fun learning to shoot with Robert. Definitely a highlight of our trip. We did the 90 minute session and it was more than enough time for the two of us to try almost every gun he had. We shot at paper targets, steel targets, soda cans and even clay pigeons! A big thanks to Robert for a fun, instructive and safe experience!

We as first-time gunners had a wonderful experience shooting guns under the careful and thoughtful instructions of Robert. After an initial demonstration we were allowed a first-hand approach to almost everything, including loading the magazines and preparing the guns for firing. Robert also provided lots of background information on how the guns work as well as how they fit in with the way of life of the area. Would strongly recommend this to anyone interested in guns and happening to pass by the area!

Wonderful experience with Mr Robert Lacey at the East Zion Shooting Professionally set up and very safety conscious It was super fun, my wife and I plus our boys aged 10 and 15 had no previous experience in shooting which made it all the more interesting and exciting. Definitely one of the highlights of our summer vacation . Highly recommend the East Zion shooting Experience

Being that I've never had any hunting knowledge at all before the class I left fully comfortable and confident that I'd be able to be safe and responsible while having a good time in the field

Robert is a great teacher and for kids getting familiarized with guns and learning the correct procedures he was great. He is very concerned about safety(yours, his, everyone around) and makes sure you know everything about correct gun handling. Great experience all the way around.

Robert is a born teacher! IΓÇÖm not a confident shooter but Robert taught me every step of the way! Turns out IΓÇÖm not a bad shot. We got to shoot a variety of guns and had a total blast! We even had a few kids with us and Robert taught them at their level and helped us to feel safe throughout. Cannot recommend this business enough!

It was a great experience and couldn't recommend this more! My wife and I were making our way from Zion and Bryce and decided to give this a try. Robert was extremely helpful in getting my wife and I up to speed. My wife who hadn't shot before ended up trying out 6 combinations of rifles and handguns with his help, and did great! Really fun way to spend the afternoon! Just do it!
