IΓÇÖve only been here for the range, but itΓÇÖs a great place. Nice and modern set up, the shop staff donΓÇÖt act like the typical ΓÇ£know it allΓÇÖsΓÇ¥ in this industry. They are knowledgeable & laid back, great place to shoot! We even got a sturdy, solid black rifle case for a good price while we were there.

Amazing service as soon as I walked in they asked me what they could help with and I said a pocket knife. And I decided on a cheap one for the mean time and I had no cash and it was only a couple bucks and instead of running my card the cashier said go ahead take it hereΓÇÖs your card IΓÇÖm not gonna run your card for 2 bucks. Amazing customer service and great people

best range in the area, always clean and the owner and staff are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. got a few firearms and ammo here and thereΓÇÖs never a bad time! also their rentals are great prices and very fun

I've sent a couple firearms here and have been treated with nothing but respect and quick service. Haven't used their range yet but hopefully I'll be able to check it out this winter. Nothing bad to say about Eastside Traders whatsoever.

Staff is great, range is high tech and cheap rental. They rent out guns as well which is nice to get to try different things.

Never used a pawn shop before just watching on TV. I think these guys were very honest. Just getting rid of a few things I didn't need and I feel guilty because I didn't buy anything while I was there. However I did find a few things so I think I'm gonna go back. I suppose I gotta give some of their money back they did have a few things I might have wanted. They even had one thing the Buffalo head not for sale

Friendly, honest, helpful and trustworthy. Low stress and pressure when you shop here or want to shoot at the range. Safety is important and stressed, but it is not Micromanaged like other nearby ranges! Ammo prices are reasonable also.

The person I spoke to on the phone was not interested in the items I had to offer and thatΓÇÖs fine. However his attitude was very poor! As I mentioned to this person I am buying a home protection gun but NEVER from this store.

I normally go here to shoot - range is clean, staff is friendly & we always have a great time. Today I went in to browse their inventory and I'm so happy I did. They had a great selection of new and used guns, the staff walked me through their inventory and made recommendations based on what I was looking for. I shopped other stores, but the guys at Eastside gave me the best deal on exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Eastside!

Weasel lied to me about his qualifications and what ΓÇ£occupationsΓÇ¥ he had in the past. After hitting me in the head with that bull$hit he offered me 90 bucks for a gun that is still sold for 540. Embarrassing selection of used guns. Clownbox. Sell your gun yourself and buy your pieces at On Target.

Tried to get some range time. Was told my Police and U.S Marshall credentials from Downstate were no good and I needed a local license didnΓÇÖt even want to look at it. Dismissed me like some novice off the street. WRONG! If you donΓÇÖt know the laws donΓÇÖt talk down to customers. Other Guy as I left Told me IΓÇÖd better vote Republican if I wanted the law changed. A$$hat I have two Purple Hearts. DonΓÇÖt tell me how to do anything. My money was better spent down the road that you discouraged me from going too because he was going to ΓÇ£kick me out faster for not having a local licenseΓÇ¥.

These guys helped me out with a gun that I had shipped to east side traders from gun broker.com. the gun was damaged during shipping. They went above and beyond to help me return it and get my refund. Took great care of me. Highly recommend, 1st class customer service.
