Great facility and staff! Friendly and helpful staff who will help you if you need it. They have ammo and targets to buy and ear/eye pro for rent. Well lit areas with plenty of firearms to rent or buy. Rented firearms are fairly well maintained and have not given me issues. Note that you will have yo use their ammo for rented firearms. The range lanes are spacious and well lit. Kid friendly, 12 and under can only shoot pistols, but still great experience with the kid.

I've taken two classes from Maggie Ortkiese at Emerald Coast Indoor Shooting and Sport. Top recommendations. She is a very professional, well trained and experienced instructor. She's disarming at first glance, but don't let her smile fool you. Very knowledgeable in many weapons.

First time here and it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and gave great advice. Staff was very easy to talk to especially Maggie and Poncho. I highly recommend this range

Went to this shooting ranges and had the best customer service I have had in a long time. Dealt with three of the staff members who not only made me feel very welcome, but put my safety first and foremost. Extremely happy and highly recommend.

I havenΓÇÖt even made a purchase or shot in their range yet but I can say their two employees they have behind the counter are very very nice people. The female was very nice to my wife and I and the male was very helpful in showing me handguns I might prefer for my edc. I came in looking for the canik mete mc9 which they unfortunately didnΓÇÖt have in store but he didnΓÇÖt bash the company at all and gave me very positive feedback and even understood that IΓÇÖm an E-3 in the military and didnΓÇÖt show me outrageous prices. He told me that they have a layaway program of anything over 500 and thatΓÇÖs a huge deal for someone who barely makes 2200 a month even with two dependents. Will be shooting there on Friday for a date night and I cannot wait to finally decide what my edc will be. I love this place and it will be missed when I pcs to Alaska!

I've gone there twice with a friend and everything was great. Staff was very friendly. The second time we had to wait a bit due to the other side was closed but all in all it was a great experience. Did asked about the CCW class got great information and will sign up soon.

Husband and I always enjoy shooting and shopping at Emerald Coast. They have guns to rent or bring your own! Classes and instructors to help beginners as well! Nice place and nice people!

Easy to sign up for a lane, clean and effective facilities, and friendly but professional customer service. I wasn't there to rent, but they had so many options. If you're interested in shooting something cool, they probably have it. I wasn't shopping but their store seemed well stocked and organized. I'll be back.

This place is a gem. The staff and coaches are very helpful, patient, and down to earth. They really took there time to figure out my needs, experience, and guided me to what will suit me best. Great to find a place you can practice, and test the guns before buying. 10/10 would recommend. Brian and George provided top notch service and answered any questions I had. They were outstanding. Literally the worst experience I've had at a range... I went there one time last year and will never give them my money again. The staff was very rude, made up arbitrary rules for the range (claiming they were for safety - I've shot weekly for the last 10 years and never come across another range with the same rules). To make it an even worse experience, I was the only guy at the range that day (I wonder why...lol) and the range manager placed a chair 10 feet behind my lane and sat there and watched me until I finally had enough and just left (took about 30 minutes for me to reach my B.S. limit). Absolutely the worst, most unwelcoming, awkward experience I've ever had at a range. Don't waste your money!

Had a great experience at this gun range. My wife and I are visiting family here in Florida and we had some rainy days and we said why don't we go to the range and practice some shooting. We are both novices at best. The personal made this very enjoyable and we definitely improved our skills. Will be back when we are in town.

So I spent last couple months going to different ranges in the area and I have to say this hands down one of the best ones. I just recently became a member with them. I love shooting there. All their staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am currently in school to be a gunsmith, the staff is always willing to help me if have any questions. I bought my first AR15 with them and one of their range officers spent ever bit of hour showing me the in and outs of the firearm and helping me zero in the Red dot.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My wife works at the local airport. A person flying out had the wrong TSA case for their pistol. I googled the closest Gun store to VPS. My wife jumped in her car and went to this business to look for a Pistol Case approved by TSA. The man she spoke with at Emerald Coast Indoor Shooting & Sport donated a case to the person in need. Wow. People like my wife and this wonderful business prove there are still good people in the world. Thank you Emerald Coast Indoor Shooting & Sport. Your good deed will not go unrecognized. I will be visiting your business time and again.

My wife and I decided that we were going to go shoot and go to lunch. I didnΓÇÖt get the employees name, but he advised there was a wait, Which wasnΓÇÖt a problem. I asked how long the wait would be and his response was ΓÇ£I donΓÇÖt knowΓÇ¥ he must have noticed a look on my face because he followed up with maybe 10 minutes. He then noticed my wife had on open toe shoes and requested that she put on socks, which again that wasnΓÇÖt a problem. My problem is with how he came off as if we were a burden to him. I donΓÇÖt expect you to roll out the red carpet, but at least learn how to be a little more inviting.
