ENC Firing Range

Q: Do I have to be a member? my 13 year old wants to go for her birthday this year I've never been to a range so please some information would be nice ??????
A: You don't have to be a member.. and they well welcome your child. The daily rates are on there webaite
- D Perc (5 years ago)
Q: do they allow for rapid fire, like multi target engagement drills?
A: I agree. Yes.
- Bob D (6 years ago)
A: Yes they have a tactical range for you to do that.
- Steven Seton (6 years ago)
Q: Can I shoot my new 12 gauge shotgun there?
A: Yes
- David Barbour (7 years ago)
Q: I want to learn how to use my new weapon the right way. Will they teach me?

A: $20 all day or 15 for military/law enforcement

Q: Do the training bays allow for semi dynamic drills like moving and shooting?
A: Yes but you have to be at the rifle part of the outdoor range, not at the covered stationary target spot
- Sam Martin (3 years ago)
A: No, static shots sitting down, no rapid fire. Some real fudds run this range.
- Logan Anderson (5 years ago)
Q: When is the next class for gun carrying course?
A: veto
- Christine Lane (4 years ago)

Q: How about an AK-47 firing 7.62 x 39mm?
A: What about it? Do they sell it? No, they do not sell any ammo. Can you shoot it? Yes, you can shoot just about any type of ammo there, but some sections of the range have caliber limitations

Firearms you plan to shoot that day take empty. They do not want loaded firearms anywhere but at the firing line, which is understandable as it does seem that their main priority is safety. Staff was attentive, and appropriate, and during my tour informed me of all the ins and outs of the range operations. I am grateful to their operation as I see myself becoming a member to make use of the range more often.

As many others have said, there's good, and there's not so good. If you want to zero a bolt gun or shoot a pistol in a stall, you'll be fine. NFA items get an unnecessary amount of scrutiny. Requiring a 2 MOA group at 100 yards every time you want to use the 200 yard range is also obnoxious. They really are the only option for "tactical bays" in the region; so, you just have to deal with the "Fudd" behavior from the RSOs. I get that previous dummies have somewhat ruined it for everyone, but I still really hate the first 10-30 minutes of every trip to the range. I go here because I have no other choice, but ultimately, it will get the job done for drills and zeroing, just let their dated views roll off your shoulder. They are almost entirely cash-only and will requirea $10 hold to borrow anything but atleast it's on the cheaper side.

Rule naziΓÇÖs!!! We wanted to shoot on the inside of the berm for safety from other lanes. The ground was wet and slippery so I felt it safer to be on the inside of the berm on the other side of the table. They also flipped because we moved the steel targets further back. Total egos. I was an annual member and have had a bad experience almost every time. Will never go back and will never recommend.

One of the best ranges I've been to in recent years, lots of variety along with a 200yd range to zero your rifle for the bean fields or western hunts.

Nice outdoor range ran by fudds. Nice hours, cheaper for military. Plenty of bays for rifle, pistol, etc. Never been too busy that I couldn't find one within 10 minutes of checking in. "Tactical" bays but you'll be stalked if you have NFA items, body armor, run drills, etc. No matter what you do, you're wrong. The RSOs will go out of their way to bark at you over rules that are enforced one day, then ignored the next. Definitely cater to good ol' boys. We've seen places like this a dozen times though. Not much other places to shoot within reasonable driving distance, so dealing with the song and dance every time you check in is just part of the process. I put up with it at the time because, well, I didn't own any land. Surprised you don't need an NRA membership or something else to shoot here, it's that bad sometimes. If you only shoot once a year and only use bolt actions or shotguns, you'll fit right in. You have tattoos, a suppressed SBR, and want a place to practice drills or cover-to-cover fire? You'll be made unwelcome immediately and won't be welcome the entire time you're there. So just go in expecting that attitude from the retired LEOs that run this place.

Really solid range. Lots of different areas to shoot anything from rifles to shotguns to handguns. My advice for any range, have respect, read and follow the rules before you go and youΓÇÖll have a blast. RSOs are mostly retired LE or military, and theyΓÇÖre all about safety and having a good time. Somebody wrote that the RSOs were disrespectful and short tempered. IΓÇÖm 21 and found the complete opposite, respect goes both ways I saw some people complain on reviews about having to have your form 4 with you if you bring a can, I may not agree with it, but itΓÇÖs not my range/property, so just do what youΓÇÖre asked, follow the rules and have a good time. Looking forward to get out there again soon. Thank yall!

Best all in one around, tactical bays, steel racks and stars, 25-100yd rifle, and you can qualify if accurate for 200yds on the tower which is sick. 3 shots under 2" at 100yd to qualify for 200yd. 20$ for the whole day...whole day!

Visited for the first time today and was very impressed! Everyone was friendly. Most importantly the were VERY accommodating of my physical disability which means the world. The place was very clean and well put together. They are very reasonably priced as well. So worth the 45 minute drive. My family will definitely be going back.

Went to the range today and I felt very unwelcomed. Firstly the range officer claimed they couldn't break my $100 after i saw five people pay the $25 entry fee before us. Cash only is odd. After we went to setup i went to borrow a wooden target stand he couldn't find my ID after I just handed it over minutes before to borrowa staple gun. Then he claimed that the range had a $10 holding deposit when I've never had that said to before on the many times I've been since 2019. Then after all this 2 other range officer approached us telling us that we were on a "steel only" "handgun only" stall. They said that this rule was changed this morning, convenient huh? First man was very rude like we were supposed to know that, and made us want to leave, we left After we'd been there about an hour. Very unwelcoming vibes will not be coming back and should've asked for our money back. Unfortunately to used to love going here on the weekends. Shame shame.

I was told about ENC while shopping at Walmart for amo. The two gentlemen were very friendly and hopeful with the information they gave me. I have not visited the ENC Firing Range yet & I am looking forward to. From what I see on Google map it looks much safer than the 1st & last place I went to which felt very unsafe & unfriendly.

You get the full fudd experience here. Good luck bringing NFA items. Pretending like it matters or they are Federal LEOs, they ask to see your stamps because they ΓÇ£donΓÇÖt want to be accessories to felonies,ΓÇ¥ or whatever that means. Expensive, and fudds. If there were better ranges somewhat locally, I would make the drive. Go elsewhere.

Lol imagine asking someone for their tax stamp when it isn't even any of your business. Your not an "accessory" to a felony if someone brings an SBR to your range you clowns 🤣 Typical boomer fudds.

amazing facilities buuutttt… their insistence on checking paperwork for NFA items is hilarious and absurd. They are not pro 2A and they are awful. checking your papers like ATF hq

DonΓÇÖt shoot here if you have NFA items. You went through there hassle of getting your suppressor or SBR approved by the ATF and then they treat you like a criminal.

I think management changed here, or something. I mean I'm almost 50 and I still get fud Vibes off these guys. Don't even ask them about why they want to see your paperwork, for some things but not other things. It's a shame nice place it just is becoming a clown show.

Asking to see stamps for legally acquired NFA items, despite them NOT being aft agents.

Make sure you got multiple copies of all your stamps. The range owners are playing AFT agents here. Also seem to be unaware of the laws as they change in regard to braces.
