Questions & Answers

Q: THANK YOU.... but I want to shoot trap. The map shows a trap house and field. How do I arrange that?

A: I went, I saw, and I DID NOT shoot. I'm from Provo and wanted to get a little trap in while waiting on my wife it wake up and.... get ready. NO Trap at all. GREAT spot for shooting handguns and long guns. Fillmore city or some private people have done well with covered benches, a nice field, and a decent setup. The trap field is old and pretty broken up, but the 17 yard line is functional. Back at the far arc, it's pretty rough. The clay pigeon launcher is trashed and possibly not repairable. Even "way back" when it was functional, it took one person down in the trap house to launch, the other(s) to shoot. My search indicated that the closest trap shooting is over in Delta. GOOD LUCK. pb

Q: What hours are you open? Will you be open Saturday, 15 Feb.? Sunday, 16?

A: All you do is show up. There's nobody there. You don't have to pay for it. It's free to the public from sunrise to sunset.
