Accused me of smelling like Marijuana and asked me to leave. I have used this place as my primary gun shop but after this I will no longer be returning.

A no. Frills inexpensive place to shoot indoor and yes, it's temperature controlled on the range. Targets are priced to sell. Ammunition is market rate. Wide selection of guns for sale. And a nice retail area. Looks like it's family owned and operated. Everyone had a good demeanor about themselves. I was able to remove those pesky tips from those 9 mm casings and that's always fun.

Lazy and unexperienced staff. Took 2 days after my firearm was delivered to be able to come in for my BC check. Was told that I couldn't fire .223 out of a 5.56 barrel. Much better staff at "damage factory" if you don't mind driving an extra 10 minutes.

Absolutely terrible place. Judged my uncle and I right when we walked in the door. DidnΓÇÖt get service for 10+ min (when we were the only ones there) Every question we asked employee looked down leaning against the counter and would NOT look us in the eyes. But when other customer would walk in approached them right away. During background process ask my uncle if he was under the influence after 20 min of talking to him. Completely embarrassed us in front of 6+ customers. Told my uncle he needs to shower and come back as if we didnΓÇÖt just work 12+ hours. The employee needs to focus on training more than a McDonalds bag he craves. Absolute terrible service. Do NOT recommend this place to anyone trying to find home protection for family. Terrible place to go. If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting place.

If you donΓÇÖt want to be set up and scammed please do not buy from here. They will sell you something that doesnΓÇÖt work and act like victims when you try and return something that they knew was broken. You would think they would try to help but they didnΓÇÖt. Really bad for business!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I recently bought a safe from them. When I took it home to try and set it up the code to open it was wrong. I had to call them and they gave me another code and when I put the code in the safe broke. They knew it was broken and still sold it to me. They scammed me and now donΓÇÖt want to help me or take the safe back when I was told by a manager that I could return it. Their whole team gave us a run around and blamed us for it being broken when we just wanted our money back. They could of least helped me but they didnΓÇÖt even care to look at it! Horrible service! DonΓÇÖt get scammed.

It's ok a lot of great people. Great shooting range. One Employee was eating in front of me while talking with him, chewing his food. Was trying conducting business he could care less. Not very professional shows no respect for the customer.

Staff are awesome and super helpful, good selection of rifles, shotguns, handgun. I would recommend finding somewhere else to do private party transfers if you can, firing line is just a bit expensive in my opinion. If I remember right itΓÇÖs $75ish total. Other than that the place is awesome. Range looks decent
