Can I give them a zero star rating? We went to this shop for the first time yesterday. Purchased a gun safe, a field bag and some shooting accessories for a total of well over 2000.00. We also prepaid 250.00 for delivery of the gun safe and were told they would set up delivery via phone on Monday. Today (Sunday) we received a phone call stating the ΓÇ£ownerΓÇ¥ (who did not have respect to call himself) wanted to keep the gun safe we purchased ΓÇ£in case he needed it.ΓÇ¥ We were told they were returning our money. The price tag was clearly attached to the safe, even though some of the other safes were marked ΓÇ£not for sale.ΓÇ¥ Any reputable business owner would have and should have honored this sale. This is HORRIBLE customer service and they have lost our business as well as anyone else we know.

We were visiting from the Great State of Canada 🇨🇦. The staff were great, knowledgeable and helped with rentals and range. We all had a great time for a fair price! If you’re in the area go check them out!

I've been coming here for approximately three years. I always have a great time , the staff is courteous and professional. The price's are very good . This December 2024 i won a 22LR rifle and am very happy. Thank you much V. Segui

I could say a lot about this place. Long story short, they are safe, responsible, respectful, knowledgeable. They will listen to you provided that you want to listen and learn. This .is not a ΓÇ£what do you want-how much is it ΓÇ£ place. Mr. Rob went into the range with me and showed me how to aim, trigger reset, hold of the gun etc. Mr. Trace replaced my firearm sights with no scratches on my firearm after having a conversation about it. He literally listened to me and kept his promise. I donΓÇÖt know all of your names but I thank you .

Had an awesome time here today!! The staff were so sweet and accommodating. The fellow shooters were also amazing! I have to sincerely say this is the best shooting range experience that I have had to date!! I plan on taking some classes here, And definitely coming back to the range! CanΓÇÖt say enough good things about this place!!

SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS This place is the absolute best place around. ItΓÇÖs down to earth great service. Do they have guns oh god yea and can get just about anything you want. Taught my kid and a few friends how to shoot here. They are a great bunch of people there.

You can't keep your brass.you can't shoot reloaded ammo.you can't shoot steel ammo .they had a sign about American Indians been the first home land security.i went there in 2004.once to buy a gun .never been back since.

I have an AR-15 and it needed a few parts to be able to shoot that are missing so i called and asked if they can make it shootable, they agrees and said he is a gunsmith and will for sure make it shootable. He said within a week it would be done. I waited 3 weeks and he finally called and said it was ready but needing more work to make it shoot which confused me because how is it ready when it still doesn't shoot?? So i asked him again i would like it shootable and he said he would call me when it was ready once again. I never got a call or a voice mail at all in the next week. I then called him and asked if it was ready and he says it has been ready for days and they tried to call me which is clearly a lie. They give me the price of the labor and parts of $240 and i can pick it up. I go a few days later to pay for the gun and of course it DOESN'T SHOOT. He says he shot the gun and now it doesn't shoot??? Really??? He says that i need more work on it and he refuses to compromise with me on a price for a non shooting gun. I paid the money so i can have my gun back before he try's to screw me even harder. I had to literally hold my composure and just pay it before i blew a gasket inside the store. Please dont trust the gun smith. He doesn't know how to fix or build a gun, idk how he claims he is a gunsmith when he had my gun for a month and claims its ready when its not? Why are you even at work with no customers in sight and my gun isn't fixed. By the way im a 30 year old women thats having this problem with this man that has no care whatsoever with this problem. Please go somewhere more professional with qualifications to FIX guns. You never know if you are going to need that gun and it wont even shoot when you need it!

This is the best place to go as a new gun owner. I have taken multiple classes and they are always informative and detailed which I love! Every employee gives the best customer experience and show they care about their customers and want you to be informed as well as satisfied. We appreciate each and every one of you for all your hard work and going above and beyond. You guys are the best!

I started going to the range about eight months ago and IΓÇÖve taken all their classes which are all very informative. if you Want to learn about firearms , Firearms training, Safety and how to Be a responsible gun owner . these guys will help you every step of the way. Rob, the owner makes you feel welcome and explains everything very thoroughly, Trace the Armorer Is very knowledgeable and really Explains everything to you about a firearm you purchase or one youΓÇÖre interested in purchasing, & Any safety concerns you may have, Although I donΓÇÖt know all their names but every single person IΓÇÖve came in contact With while there , Will help you and make you feel welcome while youΓÇÖre at the range. Because There are a family owned business. The service is much better than you would get at one of the big ranges that are owned by Corporations . I always enjoy my time at the firing line Look forward to going back again

Me and my lady went there for the first time the other week, let me tell you. They were super friendly and very helpful. Literally didn’t have to ask any questions. They were on top of it(I feel they knew we were new,which means they pay attention. A huge plus). The range itself is great. They are currently re-doing the a/c. But we still had a blast. Definitely will be our go to range! Actually going back today 🤙. A good friend of mine Kevin told us about this honey hole and glad he did.

We took the beginner class with Rob and Trace, and it was amazing! They are both incredibly knowledgeable and made each of us feel confident. Currently there is renovation happening so the range looks a bit rough and ready, but it didnΓÇÖt deter from our experience at all. Come with an open mind and understanding that reno is a bit messy! We will definitely be returning for the next course and of course, plenty of range time! Thank you both (and all the team) for teaching us and being fantastic!

Discovered this range a while back when I had a firearm transferred through them. Finally went today with my son as a request for a good report card. I have to say I was extremely satisfied with everything. From the staff to the prices. Even the the fellow customers. The environment was great. I would highly recommend.

It was my first time in the store. And man it beat my expectations. I was able to rent a lane, get targets and glasses for under $20. The range mechanism for the target is a little dated but it's functions perfectly so absolutely nothing to complain about. It's well lit and well ventilated. The counter guys and owners are where this place really shines though. Everyone is super kind and helpful. Had a great conversation with the owner and overall will definitely be coming back here soon.

Highly recommend Firing Line for classes and their Gun range. I took a Shooters Class, and prior to that their Conceal Carry class. Both times were great - the staff were friendly, knowledgable, and I enjoyed my time there. They offer other classes too which I will be signing up for soon. Great experience, 100% trust them, Store, Gun Range and Classroom are clean and professional.
