Florida Defensive Training

I am incredibly grateful for my experience at FDT, especially for the diverse training programs provided, including vital self-defense and medical training. On December 31st, while in the interior of Brazil, I suffered a head injury due to an accident. The situation was dire as I was bleeding heavily from my head. Thanks to the medical training I received at FDT, including certifications from the Red Cross and Stop the Bleed, I was able to instruct my family on how to apply the correct pressure technique to stop the massive bleeding while we waited for the EMS, which took over 15 minutes to arrive. This training was undoubtedly a life-saver. I cannot express enough how invaluable the skills and knowledge gained at FDT have been. The effectiveness of their training have had a profound impact on my ability to handle emergencies. I am deeply thankful for FDT and look forward to continuing my learning journey with them. Thank you, FDT, for providing such critical and life-saving training.

I was initially hesitant to sign up for FDT, but after two months of unlimited access and training, I can say itΓÇÖs been worth every penny and the level of instruction has met or exceded my expectations. Signing up for classes is easy and there are days when I get one-on-one training from top experts in their field in a variety of areas. Other days, there are small groups and the atmosphere is friendly and supportive. This has truly been a great learning experience.
