A: Saturday we offer personal instruction at typically 10am, 11am, & noon. Sundays The HQL (to purchase a gun) starts at 10am sharp. Both require reservations.

Q: Myself and a few others went to shoot at this range. The person who runs the store/range, I'm assuming it was Fred by the way he spoke, was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, sexist and vocally rude. I will not return to this location.
A: I have taken my wife, son and mother in law shooting here and everyone was friendly and helpful.

A: My family deals with Fred's all the time ... We've always experienced very helpful band courteous staff, whether it be pucrchasing a gun or reworking a bow etc... As far as Fred being sexest and unprofessional, I highly doubt that... Never has anyone in this store acted in this manner.. Always have to have someone to complain about... Definitely would recommend shopping and purchasing at Fred's !!!!

A: Never shot at the range but have been to Freds a few times and have never encountered anyone being rude. They have always been helpful and understanding. This is where my fiancee decided to purchase her gun because they were so helpful and took time for her to find the right gun for her.

A: We have over 100 different guns available to rent at our indoor range. You are always welcome to bring your own. All pistol calibers and rifles up to .308

I like going to Fred's. However, I had to wait over 40minuts for a range and they should have signs showing the procedure where and how to sign in for a lane rental.

Fred's is a great place to go to the gun range and buy a firearm if you need one. I've had a family membership to the gun range for 3 years and love it. It can get busy but if you go at the right time the wait isn't too bad. Their range officers are cool and always making sure the range is safe. The guys at the gun counter are knowledgeable and if they don't have a gun in stock, they can normally order it for you. You can also buy a gun online and use Fred's as an FFL dealer to receive it. I've bought guns, ordered guns and sent guns to Fred's and process was always smooth.

I liked the range a lot, don't really like the one near me so I drive a little further. This range is very nice you feel comfortable shooting. It's a little pricey for ammo though

Staff is very knowledgeable. FredΓÇÖs has been my go to store for hunting and firearms for years. Prices are a little above market value but they do a great job keep what you need in stock.

This is worst place to go, I will not recommend buying or getting anything transferred from this place. Theres a grumpy old white guy that help me, as soon as you walk in youll see how irritated and angry he looks, he doesnt want to help or be there at all. It makes you feel like youre not welcome there. Definitely would not be doing business with them again

RUDE! Let me start my saying that! They have 0% customer service. When youΓÇÖre calling and asking questions they seem annoyed, irritated and angry. No friendliness or customer service at all! I will NEVER get a handgun transferred here again! He kept acting like I didnΓÇÖt have my paper work to pick it up. Why do I need to prove I did an application if IΓÇÖm showing you the proper identification that came from the State Police.

Great store in the immediate waldorf area. Made multiple special orders of firearms with no issues and were relatively competitive to online prices (they will text you updates on your purchase). What I found most helpful was that Freds simplified NFA suppressor purchases walking me through the kiosk with photos and fingerprints and very knowledgeable of the process. The younger gentleman with the dark longer beard is awesome and will take care of you.

Very happy with Fred's. I had a bad/wrong BCG on my AR15 and called to ask if they sold them. Brad told me they did and seemed to know exactly what was wrong with my AR over the phone. I got there and Joe told me in Laymens terms what I needed and what he would get. I followed his advice and it worked. Thank you very much!

Great selection on firearms. I had a previous issue and was contacted the next morning by Brad addressed my issue and got it resolved and ultimately change my thought about not returning to FredΓÇÖs great Job. See you again soon.
