I loved this class. I felt very comfortable and at ease with Mark, the instructor. It was straight to the point, no BS and very educational. I feel more confident going forward in the upcoming lessons, and look forward to learning more! Freedom Firearms and their staff are fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone beginning to learn or want advanced training.

Even if you have paid for range time and showed up first, people who have hired a private instructor will get priority use of the ranges.

Came in with problems for a gun IΓÇÖve had for a while. DidnΓÇÖt even buy it from them but they were a lot more helpful than where I bought it from. WouldnΓÇÖt hesitate to go to them for help/advice again.

Attended the AR-15 fundamentals class. Good blend of classroom and range time. The instructor Marc, is safety conscious and very knowledgeable about this weapon system. He keeps things moving and interesting. Highly recommend this session and instructor.

I own a Winchester 20 guage that i purchased new in 2021 online. Until recently i couldnΓÇÖt get ammo. I finally got to take it to an outdoor range and, unfortunately, it jammed repeatedly. It also jammed for my very experienced instructor. So I called Winchester and they told me to attach a note to the shotgun and tale it to a gun store and they, in turn, would send it to them for servicing. So, I noticed Freedom Firearms along the highway. I spoke with Tiffany and she agreed to send it for me. To my surprise i got a voicemail just 2 days later saying it was fixed. I went to the shop and asked how it was fixed so quickly when it was supposed to be sent to Winchester? I was advised thst the weapon does not jam and that I just wasnΓÇÖt firm enough with the weapon. The young man, apparently the ownerΓÇÖs son, said heΓÇÖd even demonstrate that it works. So, I took him up on it. We went back to the rsnge and, sure enough the weapon jammed again and agsin, enough that our young friend never got one round fired. Despite this obvious situation the young man continued to insist that it was just a matter of handing the weapon more firmly. I said it obviously jams and that he needs to get the weapon off to Winchester as originally agreed. He refused to do so. So the service experience at Freedom Firearms was extremely poor for me. I took the weapon to another gun store down on Lima and was promptly helped there. So now youΓÇÖve replied claiming you oiled it and ran 25 rounds through it successfully. Funny that your son couldnΓÇÖt get one round through when I came to pick it up and he claimed it needed no repairs. I think you just responded that way to try and assuage your readers. But more importantly, you werenΓÇÖt supposed to touch my gun. You were simply to send it to Winchester for repair. I never discussed once with Tiffany the idea of you working on my shotgun. My hunch is that you just didnΓÇÖt want to bother sending it to Winchester even though its not very difficult. If you donΓÇÖt wish to provide this basic service to your customers you should say so and not waste our time.

I attended the New Handgun Orientation class. Mark was our instructor. Mark was very thorough and descriptive in our training. I learned an incredible amount of info. Mark was also very patient and helpful on the range when I was shooting my handgun for the first time. I have already signed up for the Basic Pistol Marksmanship class to absorb all I can from Mark. Tiffanie and her son are always helpful as well, and will spend as much time with you as you need. Freedom Firearms will always have my business.

We appreciated how informative and serious our instructor was for the New Gun Orientation class. We are going back for our second class soon because of how much we enjoyed the first class.

So I swore this place off many years ago due to several bad experiences. Decided to stop in today and what a difference. Friendly staff and a nice range experience. Day and night from my past experiences. I will definitely go back.

This is where you go. Excellent training and knowledge. Customer service and price for value is by far the best in town. Every time I am ready to buy somewhere else, there is the same deal with a ton of add on bells and whistles. Always check here before you buy elsewhere. I really like the people here. If you haven't tried it out I highly recommend. If you are a first time shooter, excellent training and safety courses. Instructors are bar none. Very intimate setting for the range and non intimidating for first timers. Again I highly recommend. Service and price. Remember that.

IΓÇÖm very happy with the basic class I had this morning. I have not owned or fired a gun, so I was very nervous starting out. The Instructor was very informative, helpful and patient, I am looking forward to taking more classes and getting more practice with my new gun. Thanks Freedom Firearms!

So normally I donΓÇÖt leave reviews for places, but Freedom Firearms definitely earned it. From the time I went in they were as kind & professional as could be. A dude named Hayden helped me order a new pistol & rifle. He was knowledgeable & I felt like he wasnΓÇÖt just trying to sell me the most expensive rifle (even though I spent over $5K on this visit). The thing that topped it off though and made me want to leave this review; a couple days before Thanksgiving I got a handwritten card in the mail from FF/Hayden thanking me for my business. I believe IΓÇÖve found the only place IΓÇÖll do my gun business from now on.

My wife and I took the introduction to handguns class at Freedom Firearms. We felt this would be a good place to start as we have never owned or shot guns. The class and instructor were great. The class gave us the basics of different types of handguns and safe use of firearms. We were then given the opportunity to shoot six different handguns and different calibers. I would recommend this class to anyone with little or no handgun experience.

I have made a few purchases. I have overall had a bit of a love hate relationship with this place. For many years there has been some unfavorable people that have ran the place which ultimately led me to no longer do business with them. A while back I decided to visit again in search of a specific item and they had exactly what I needed. And yet again another search has led me back to this place because they have what I'm looking for and hands down they remain the most knowledgeable when it comes to questions or concerns. They will help you and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable whether you are new to firearms or seasoned. They have a great selection and everything you need or want to get you where you want to be. Highly recommend.
