Q: How much to just shoot maybe ar 15 or a hand gun for 30 minutes for 2 people?
A: You can only use handgun ammunition on the range, NO high power rifle.....so if you have a 9mm carbine rifle or a 22lr that's ok, but an AR with .223 etc are not allowed. As far as price it is 15$ for one for 30 min and an additional 5$ for the second person. So 20$ per half an hour for 2. After that it is about 1$ for every 5min on the range, so 25$ for an hour for 2 people. I am a part time Range Master for Gary's Gunshop. Would love to see you there!!

A: Hello! Our range is open to the public with an hourly rate of $20. All you need is a photo ID to get checked in.

Q: How many people can your range take at one time?
A: Two people can share a lane, but only one shooter is allowed in the lane at a time. We have 12 lanes, so technically 24 people could be on the range at one time.

A: As long as they have photo ID, are 18 or older, donΓÇÖt have an English language barrier, and are not otherwise prohibited by law.

Q: I am new to South Dakota. I have an Iowa driver's license. Would I be able to purchase a firearm for protection? Is training only on the weekend?

Q: Do you have high powered binoculars with a tripod?
A: The highest power we have are 12x52mm, and those don't mount to a tripod.

Just happened to stumble upon one of their listings on Gunbroker for a Nighthawk Custom Sandhawk that they had just posted. I had been looking for one for a while and the one they got in was exactly how I would have ordered it. Sent them an email confirming availability and asked for some additional photos. Duane was very prompt with a response and had pictures to me within just a few minutes. Duane took the time to call my FFL to confirm a few things and we were good to go! After giving my payment info, I received a tracking number and the Sandhawk was on the way. Received at my FFL just a couple days later. Ordered from them over the phone. The gentleman who helped me was very kind, knowledgeable, and honest about parts he was not too sure about (it was a used gun). They shipped it out ASAP using very fast shipping services. I would happily deal with again.

My favorite place to go. Employees are always amazing and funny as well (they always strike up good conversations). Prices on everything are very nice. It's of course very clean as is expected to be. Going back to employees they always make sure you have help when you need it and will gladly spend an hour just talking and allowing you to hold the firearms and see how they feel (they have amazing patience and are always trying to help you find the best gun for you). Sorry about this being disorganized but I am very happy to say the least!

aa always my order arrived a few days after my purchase. and it was correct. and the guys at the store were quick and courteous like usual. ammo looks great going to get a deer with iron sights on a 120 year old rifle shooting the 8mm mauser I just picked up. life is good

I worked with "Gary's Gun Shop" on an impulse sporting clays gun purchase, celebrating on November 6th 2024 if you have to ask it's not worth explaining! (I was referred by a mutual friend Dave M.) I worked with TONY but all the people who answered the phone that I spoke with were super nice and courteous! I asked Tony, some very detailed questions on his opinion on barrel length 30" vs 32", and over all configuration and appearance of the wood stock to all questions he had very informed answers and was not push he was very consultative in his approach, being in sales this is something I appreciated! My main concern was how long would the process take he said we can do it right now! He located the gun to assure it was in stock, I asked him his opinion he said it looks really nice. We did the purchase via credit card and I provided him the ship to location for the FFL transfer and he shipped it shortly after the transaction! He followed up with an email detailing the shipping and tracking and thanked me for my business. THIS WAS TOP NOTCH OLD SCHLOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I WILL PURCHASE FROM "GARY'S GUN SHOP" IN THE FUTURE AND I WILL RECOMEND THEM TO OTHERS! FIVE STARS!
