We came here for my boyfriend's birthday and had an amazing time during the First Shots course. The instructor starts by explaining all the basics you need to know about the guns, safety, and an overview of what to expect. Then when you head out to start shooting, the instructor is right there with you helping you learn & improve in real time. I totally recommend this class for any first timers to Skeet & Trap, even if you've shot rifles and pistols before. We will definitely be back because we had so much fun!! Huge shout-out to Sevin & Oscar for helping our group have a fantastic time!

Never been skeet shooting before, but our instructor was friendly and told us how to safely handle our shotguns. Out on the range, he would give tips and such to help us out until we eventually started hitting our shots. Reasonable prices and a good atmosphere for a fun time.

Always a Great time and They understand Safety!! If you have been corrected than you are not following the safety protocols. I have been at gun ranges and watch all the possibilities that one can get injured by people just not being careful. This is not happening at GSTC ,The Staff is Excellent!

The old guy who seems to enjoy making people's experiences at this place miserable is still there. I went shooting here with my father and uncle, and this guy apparently didn't like how we were taking turns shooting, so he comes over and tries to get us to complete our round as quickly as possible. If Gator Skeet and Trap could get this guy and others like him to stop showing up and ruining people's experiences, they'd see at least a doubling of business. As it is, I will not be going back again until they get more people on staff who understand how to balance safety with customer service/experience.

Not very great. The customer service was terrible. I was loading my gun the way I was taught in my gun safety class(the proper way) and he comes and yells at me saying I wasnΓÇÖt doing it correctly. All he does is talk and complain. This guy will legitimately ruin your time there. DonΓÇÖt waste any of your money or your time going.

Watch out for the 60 year old man who works there and thinks he owns the place I was reloading my gun the proper way I was tought in my hunters safty course he decides to be an 🍑,and says I'm doing it wrong than he does nothing but run his mouth until your family decides to leave he needs to be put in a home if you don't know everybody there don't bother going he will ruin your hole time there he is an eligitiment 🍆 no need to waste money and not have a good time 😁.

Awesome place! Staff is friendly and helpful. If you have never shot trap or skeet before they will give you pointers and explain how to do it. They are very knowledgeable and very willing to help. There is an older gentleman there who is a bit grumpy and doesn't like those who are new to the sport (seems like he is sick of explaining things) but even he was helpful when you asked him questions. Prices are extremely fair and it is overall a great experience. I visit here often and have no real complaints! They put an emphasis on safety and make sure you know what you are doing. They have rentals but also allow you to bring your own firearm and ammunition.

Gator Trap and Skeet is an amazing place. Its charges are comparable to those of local public golf courses, but what one gets is like playing golf with the course pro as your partner. With the instruction of its highly competent instructors, I would not be surprised if I hit 25 out of 25 trap-shooting before the year is out. In addition, the atmosphere is so friendly and relaxed that one can leave cares behind there and kick back. This does not mean, however, that one can do other than pay constant and meticulous attention to the rules of gun safety, and I have taken my 4-year-old great-grandson out there to learn just that. Though he cannot shoot a shotgun yet, he is accepted as one of the guys.
