Can you say customer service and great salesmen!! My wife n I were first time customers to this location and just went to buy some ammo, ask some questions and look I mean drool over some of their fantastic peace keepers. Well we bought the ammo, learned alot and walked out with a few deals we couldn't pass up! Great bunch of guys! Nice little store with a great selection n has indoor shooting range. We'll try out the range on next visit n who knows what we'll buy on the next visit 😉

Friendly staff, good prices on firearms and ammunition as well as accessories. They also can do the paperwork to sell NFA items there which is always great, they sell their own or you can have one transferred from another FFL. I go there often, more than I probably should.

Today I had a great experience with Randy. As a first time gun owner Randy educated me on the gun I purchased. Took his time on teaching me how to safely handle the weapon. I was really afraid as I never shot a gun before. He made me comfortable enough to start shooting in the range. My next purchase will be at this location. Also the staff was very friendly. Thanks Randy I really appreciate the help.

Great gun store for my small town. The gun range is small, but it's very clean and well lit and nice in the winter and the machines all work well. Bought a new gun today. The staff was very helpful in making recommendations. They had a rental gun of the same model and it was great getting to shoot a few rounds and get a true feel for the gun before actually purchasing it. The background check process was as easy as it can be these days. I will be back for future purchases and range time..

Guys were rude & short with my kid who was looking at buying his first rifle last year. (Sorry, late review) Prices were higher than other places (esp for ammo), & combined with the way he was treated, we left. Drove to the South Jordan Scheels & shopped there instead. Their sales guys took the time to teach him about the different aspects of the rifles, how to properly hold it, etc. Great experience for him. They also had more ammo at way better prices! I was disappointed in this store as I purchased my first AR from GS back in the day & loved the Midvale location.

I don't know why I keep trying with these people. I've gone to them a number of times with money in hand to buy a gun only to be met with apathy and laziness. It seems like they are actively discouraging people from buying their products. I went to CAL-Ranch and spent my money instead.

People up front very nice. First time buying a gun. Went to back , the girl in back had no sales skills. Could've cared less about helping. I just asked her where do I start. Just got attitude. No help whatsoever. I said thanks and left. Lost a sale but in this market I'm sure a store like this can take that for granted and make a first timer feel very unwelcome. I would like to suggest training her on people skills. Suggestion: It would help to have better people skills and I think it would make buyer experience better. Again, the people up front were great and had good attitudes. I walked into the store at 4:30 pm on March 11, 2021 when this happened. Other than that the selection appeared stellar but I'll go somewhere else. Thanks you.

Twice been to this business, twice I went elsewhere to purchase. No more GSG. The employee I dealt with today (N) spent too much time in the basement doing gun research. His people skills are non-existent. He is more interested in his lunch order. His unkempt appearance and haughty attitude would turn anyone off. Never smiles or properly greeted anyone while I was present. I was greeted with "What do you need". I patiently completed the paperwork as ordered! He gets involved in other employees sales without being asked and leaves you not knowing. I asked if he was helping me or someone else and he told me "That employee is helping you" The other employee looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I took my license, documents and left this non-business.

These guys are asking $50.00 for 9m box of 50 rounds. They are price gouging during the state of emergency. I will never ever come back to this money hunger place again! Gun prices have doubled, Ammo prices are through the roof. Drive an extra 15 minutes to a different gun shop, it will be worth it!!

These guy rock not only do they know what they are talking about when it comes to self defense. But they dont shame or belittle you if your a new comer to guns.

Awesome customer service by Shelby and the staff. Very helpful with answering any of your questions. Nice and clean indoor range. They offer some nice deals on renting their firearms. They do have military discount for the ranges. They are a Class III firearms dealer. In other words, automatics for rentals in their range. Unique indoor range that can handle .50 caliber rifle ammo. You can rent a Barrett sniper rifle and shoot a $15 dollar round
