Came with my husband and parents as a first time trap shooter. Was welcomed by the shooters, given great instruction and had some laughs. We will be back soon!

Great place to learn trap. They will take the time to provide tips and feedback, including to kids who are learning. They often have shells available if you need them (mostly 12 gauge), but check first given then shortages.

Haven't been there yet. Was wondering when I can go there to talk to someone about joining. And need a phone number. And would like to know how much for the yearly membership. The last place I was a member at was 90 a year and the outdoor range was awesome!!

I only use the indoor pistol range and itΓÇÖs awesome. You pay a yearly membership for you and your family and get a key card to get access. It completely worth it, I forget what they charge for a year. Then you pay a fiver to use the range every time you go. Long hours to use range everyday of the week and no RO ragging on you. They even have paper target to use and plenty of clothes pins to hang targets. Reasonable distances to use a pistol as well unlike outside DNR ranges for pistol of 25 yards. Here you can shoot from very close to very far for pistols if you choose. The cherry on top for me was that they are NFA friendly! Blew my mind in a world of anti-gun ΓÇ£pro gunΓÇ¥ people. Ask for an older gentlemen name Bill his is super nice and will get you squared away.

Well, we have gone a couple of times to shoot Trap. Most everyone was nice, but there are always one or two who can ruin it. Overall, prolly not the place for someone starting out, or who may be getting accustomed to new equipment. On my first trip, Having never used a voice activated thrower I was confused about how it worked. Grumpy old dude asked if I had ever shot trap before. Wife was using a new gun and wasn't used to the safety. Grumpy old dude gets more frustrated. I pause when someone walks out to the trap house next to the one we are using because it is forward of our firing line. Grumpy old dude is snaps at me and tells me they aren't in the way. I look back at the scorer and he says it's not an issue and it is ok to keep shooting. Ended up breaking more clays than grumpy old dude anyway. The second time we go we decide to go on a Saturday when the advertise new shooter clinics so we can take a couple beginners. After getting up there we find out that the clinics are space permitting. They might be able to squeeze one in. Ok, I understand that there are serious shooters out there, but when do we stop having patience for those who want to get into the shooting Sports. Ended up buying a thrower and teaching them on our own at a DNR shotgun range.
