The guy at the front desk was out of line with me. I told him that I thought that they were too expensive. He immediately said that I wanted to give my money to the white man. I asked him what did race have to do with my comment. I did not understand why he even brought up race in the conversation, smh. I'm a black man that go out of my way to shop with black businesses. He has no idea. Will not go back there again!

Rude man closed the door in my face and locked it when I arrived. WeΓÇÖre visiting from Canada and this place was recommended by a staff member at a hunting shop. We arrived at 4:10 on a Monday when it says open until 6. No reason given. Just ΓÇ£weΓÇÖre closedΓÇ¥ and locked the door. Terrible.

How is this place still in business? I purchased a firearm out of state and it was transferred here. I was told to pickup the following day at 12:00. I arrived at 12:00 and when I walked in it was dark like the lights were off, someone was laying on a couch and I got the feeling I was in the wrong place. I said IΓÇÖm here for a transfer. They looked at my paperwork and handed me a document to fill out. While filling out the document a friend of the person working or maybe another employee walked in and was talking about getting ready to go see somebody. The guy handling my transfer started talking to them about it and acted like he was going to go too. Even another employee said can I go? And out of nowhere they tell me, ΓÇ£hey the system is down so youΓÇÖll have to come back another timeΓÇ¥ I said ΓÇ£what?!ΓÇ¥ ΓÇ£Yea itΓÇÖs out of our handsΓÇ¥ he said. I asked ΓÇ£what about this paperworkΓÇ¥ and he said ΓÇ£youΓÇÖll have to redo itΓÇ¥. I said ΓÇ£really?ΓÇ¥. Then he said ΓÇ£well, IΓÇÖll put it in when it comes back up but you HAVE to come get it today by 3:00 today. I said ΓÇ£okΓÇ¥ I left and they all did too. Around 2:15 I returned. (This is on a Thursday during normal businesses hours) The lot was still empty only 1 car. When I approached the door the car opened its door and said ΓÇ£weΓÇÖre closedΓÇ¥ I asked if the system was still down. He said yeah itΓÇÖs down. I made some calls to other local shops and verified that the system was up and running. I said so you all just call it a day and leave when the system goes down? He said ΓÇ£NoΓÇ¥ pretty defensively. I said what do I need to do I need my firearm. He said itΓÇÖs not going to be today. I pulled out of the parking lot and he pulled out beside me and locked the gate. I asked are you closing? He said no I just fixed my car and i gotta test it. ( very awkward guy to talk to) I left and returned the next day when they opened. There was a group of people waiting outside that all had a similar experience. The lady from the original store was even there to try to sort out what was going on. When we came in she went into his office and when the Global guy came out he said ΓÇ£all yalls guns will be a the store you bought them fromΓÇ¥ and carried them out the door. We turned toward the door and he started saying yΓÇÖall need to leave my building and get off my property. The lady said this is your dads building. It seemed like that made him furious. He said get off my parking lot. This is MY business. I left and IΓÇÖll be sorting my transfer out somewhere else. Stay away from here!!

April 10th, a company sent everything to have a shipment sent back to them for a refund. They included the RMA and label for returning the shotgun. As of April 28th, Global Indoor has yet to lift a finger, poor service, or should I say worst service ever. They do not even answer the phone. This should be zero stars.

Says everywhere they close at 7pm even on the door of the business. Walked in 5:58pm and was told we are closed. Called several times before the guy that told us we are closed couldΓÇÖve picked up the phone and told us that before we drove here.

Picked up a revolver that I'd purchased just across state lines from this location and was charged $50. I had to request a receipt several times about my $50 out of state transaction. A receipt was emailed to me for $0.01. Send me a corrected receipt or refund me 49.99!

There are a lot better options to use than this place, they do not answer the phone, they are rude. I went use them as an FFL. I went to pick up the weapon, and they had to check it in. I asked when it was ready, and he said when the guy comes in to do it. . Came back the next day, and he told me I could only pick it up from 10-3. Very rude. After I stated he should told me that part yesterday, he told I don't have tell you thing and I told him I will be leaving a review and he stated I don't care about your review and get out of my business.

Visited today as celebration for birthday. Staff was not professional in regards to customer service. Person accepting payment was ego driven and attempted to denigrate paying customer for pointing out their failing memory. Had to remind staff person that he was not on duty (LEO) interacting with a person that was in the the process of committing a crime. Glad I have a choice in ranges. I won't return and will tell others not to patronize this business

I came here to practice archery and was already doubtful the range would be set up as I had already read reviews about the staffΓÇÖs carelessness. So, I called ahead and got no answer and a full voicemail box. I checked their website which said the range is open from Monday-Saturday year-round. I then made the mistake of taking apart and packing up my equipment to go check it out myself. When I walked in a staff member was chit-chatting with a friend on the phone and, seeing me carrying in my equipment, briefly paused to let me know that the archery range wonΓÇÖt be set up until next year and continued talking on the phone. This rangeΓÇÖs bad reputation was confirmed for me in the 20 seconds I was there. I will never return.

I searched for a Black owned business for my mama, susters, nieces, well basically all of the women in my family, i and came across this one. I read reviews before I purchase anything and the one thing I don't do is poor customer service! Black owned or not. I'll keep searching.

Decided to try out this particular range since it's conveniently located. Static elements are all acceptable but I agree with other reviews: some of the staff are just unpleasant in their interactions. No need to go back since there's plenty of better options out there. Not recommended.

Been there a few times & being a police officer I agreed with all of the rules and regulations, but the owner often had a negative attitude and was often very rude towards "younger people my age".

Owner with black slick style or whatever that is, doesn't have any ideal of customer service. Bad attitude and very rude to be handling the public! Go anywhere else to feel appreciated. Wish it had a no star option.

Wife and I just stopped by to check it out. Steve was very attentive and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Vernon was incredible, he took the time to help my wife overcome her fears on the range and was so nice can't say enough good things about these guys. We will be back soon.

This place is absolutely horrific! Parking lot is terrible, the range is only capable of handling loads less than 1200 FPS! I will never suggest this range to anyone!

Agent was very helpful in assisting me with the purchase of a handgun. He also informed me of the tactical classes that they hold there on weekends. Thank you for relieving me of my anxiety in choosing a firearm.

Worst range I've ever experienced, and I've shot at them all. The owner with the slick combover gel hairdue is a rude and horrible guy. 1 star is more than this place deserves

We've used this range for years. The staff is friendly and very helpful, there's almost never a wait, and the range is well lit. Great place.
