I attended an USCCA Self Defense training at GPS and had the chance to use the range as well. The Self Defense class was well worth the visit and the range is extremely nice and spacious.

i was gifted a membership to gps gun rang for christmas and i could not be happier. iΓÇÖve been to a few different ranges in the area and this is the nicest facility, by far. in my opinion. but more importantly the staff is absolutely incredible. theyΓÇÖre friendly, kind, helpful, patient. they will just make you feel comfortable from the second they buzz you in the door. if youΓÇÖre looking for a nice range in the area, give this one a shot. you will not be disappointed with your experience at gps. i promise.

UPDATE: I've been back several times since posting my review, and I now think the smokiness I complained of below was due to the +P ammunition I was using to "break in my new weapon. I tried out a box from a new case last time, and noticed significantly less smoke. Also, having been to other nearby ranges, I have to compliment the helpfulness and professionalism of the safety officers at GPS. They are quite attentive, but will not be up your ass policing your slide whenever you put your weapon down. They will not put you on a timer unless they are at full capacity, which I haven't seen happen even once. They are happy to answer questions and I'm even seen them offer tips to new shooters even though they weren't there for a class. I'm giving them that extra star because the staff here goes that extra mile. *** Been here a couple of times. It is a bit out of the way, and there is a strange protocol to entering and exiting. But once inside, you will encounter friendly and knowledgeable staff, cases and shelves of inventory, and other accessories. This range seems to have a gun shop that will allow you to try as you buy (based on what I saw while waiting in line). My most recent visit was to test out and break in my new AP-5. I brought all my own stuff, but the staff will help set you up with ammo and targets if you need. The place is well lit and the acoustics are about as good as a gun range can be as far as I know. The only things standing in the way of a fifth star for this place is that it can get kind of smokey in the shooting lanes, and the soap they have in the handwash station is highly diluted and did not do a good job of getting my hands clean after several minutes of scrubbing. Overall, everything worked out fine for me. I would definitely recommend to any new shooter, or anyone looking to buy a firearm and/or classes. They've got you covered.

I was going to be in Delaware County for dinner and decided to google local ranges. I found GPS Gun Range and was amazed at the outstanding reviews and ratings. Later that evening I witnessed that all them were warranted; what a pleasant surprise. The welcoming environment, friendly customer service, and state of the art range were all accurate and very much my experience. IΓÇÖve never felt this comfortable at a range, I look forward to returning soon, an all around great experience. Kudos to the staff, thanks for all the great advice!!

GPS has a nice range here, the staff is friendly, and their RSOs aren't constantly yelling like many ranges. The ventilation system is definitely high end and it's a good place to go if you just own basic pistols, shotguns, and rifles. It's close to my parents so convenience is the big seller too. However, there was a policy change at some point with no communication on signs or their website against rapid fire or fully automatic usage (assuming not illegal firearms). Months ago it was allowed as long as you are responsible and show you can manage it. Recently, it's just a no-go. Supposedly if you reserve the tactical range or whatever its called, it's fine in there for some reason. It was really the main reason I came to this range, so future visits will just be plain stuff I guess unless this policy changes (which the policy is whatever, but the failure to communicate it is my problem). This makes it a 1 star for me, but I'd like to be fair to the quality of the range and staff so I'll call it 4 stars.

This is the first gun range I ever went to and, I have to say itΓÇÖs truly a great experience. Beautiful building with great facilities, I took a gun safety class, and the instructor was relaxed, knowledgeable, and extremely patient lol. 10 outta 10 totally recommend!!

Awesome range and shop - clean, safe, well-stocked with lots of options and goodies, perfect lighting, and updated/convenient target systems. Staff is helpful, friendly, and very educated and experienced. 10/10 I would recommend GPS and will be going back!
