My first time there, The personnel are polite and very helpful, if one looks up places to see while in Hudson, GSIR is one of them the other is BensonΓÇÖs Park. bewildering! I will be patronizing the place in the future.

Went in to look around as always the staff was extremely helpful and despite the shop being very busy they were able to assist my self and several other customers in a timely and organized fashion IΓÇÖve now purchased several things from them and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great sporting goods store

This place is one of the most well run establishments I have encountered. The reason is clear, it is exceptionally well designed, the managers are top notch, and the systems, training, and processes work seamlessly. However, the biggest standout by far is the staff. Every single team member IΓÇÖve had the pleasure of interacting with has been exceptional! Each person is professional, friendly, and goes out of their way to be helpful, with a deep understanding of the rules and the ability to execute them while treating customers with respect and courtesy. One key aspect many businesses overlook is that customers are, well, customers! This team gets it. IΓÇÖm not sure how they managed to find and cultivate such a fantastic group of people, but we are incredibly happy customers and always look forward to our nights at the range. Great work, our sincerest thanks for an enjoyable experience!!

Always a great experience at GSIR, the team is always welcoming and helpful, full of knowledge and recommendations. WouldnΓÇÖt recommend the Ammo Inc 9mm ammo however but thatΓÇÖs out of GSIRΓÇÖs control.

Pretty great. Most of them are chill. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Once they know you they tend to let you do your thing which I like a lot. The range is awesome but it's crowded or busy a lot of the time. Overall I would recommend this place for your blasting pleasure 😁

I rented space on the range for a bachelor party and everything exceeded my expectations. I originally reached out to a different range, who kept me waiting for weeks before finally letting me know they didn't have availability, so I was extremely worried I wouldn't be able to get the plans for the party worked out in time. Fortunately, the Granate State Range responded to me right away, worked out the details quickly, and answered all my questions. The rental package included everything we could possibly need for a reasonable price. They had a wide variety of guns to rent all included in the package. Some of the guns they had available were rare finds that most ranges wouldn't have, meaning the groom got to fire several guns he'd always wished he'd have the chance to try out. The staff couldn't have been nicer! They were clear with safety instructions and procedures without treating us like children. I highly recommend this range if you're looking to put together a fun event!

Been a member for a little over a year. Granite state was recommended by a friend. The range and store are top notch! I canΓÇÖt say enough good things about the staff. They are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. I wish more shops took a chapter from their book on how to treat customers. Highly advise you visit and give this small company your business!

We also were members and it took an arm and half a leg to get out of it. READ THE WHOLE CONTRACT!! Hidden exclusions and expenses. You may have changed your bylaws at this point , it was years ago. There were exclusions on accessories, used firearms ammo targets etc. No big deal, thats why we wanted out. The classes were great all i'm saying is READ THE WHOLE CONTRACT. Also, i have never waited longer than 3 days for a firearm as well. Cmon guys, you gotta take the gd w/the bad. Steven H

First experience was great. They have friendly helpful staff. I rented and they had everything needed. The process was smooth. Range was clean well lit and set up nicely for both loading and shooting. Oh they also sell, with a great variety to include gear and accessories. Would definitely go again. Worth a visit.

Nice Clean facility and friendly staff. Lots of rental options, and a hugh showroom. Range is very nice with 15 lanes in 2 different rooms. Target retrieval system is quiet, smooth and fast.

Honestly... In any business, building a relationship with your customers is key. My first time at Granite State Range, it was very clear the staff was more interested in my safety and education, rather than making a sale. 👏

I have shot there for a about Five years. It was nice in the beginning, but the amount of unprofessional workers has increased. Not only that, they are disrespectful of people of the veteran/LEO community. They wholeheartedly believe that their civilian experience in shooting is far more superior to combat veterans.
