I had some poor experiences with the staff. The range does not permit shotguns and rapid fire which is a major bummer. You are only allowed to shoot their (expensive) ammo with rentals and if they are out of ammo for what you want to shoot then it's tough luck. The AK they had was always broken during the time I was going. The range was somewhat cleaned and maintained however. Overall would recommend avoiding this place.

They closed down permanently but they have yet to post that they are. They posted a sign on their door in August that they were closing for a few weeks for ΓÇ£positive changes.ΓÇ¥ They have not opened since and have not updated anyone or their pages. Their phone line is disconnected. The worst of all is that they continue to charge people for a monthly membership that they canΓÇÖt provide. Ever since they lost their dealer license itΓÇÖs been all downhill.

They are not going to be re-opening from what I've seen. I swong by well I was in the area and from what I seen the hand written signs written in sharpie said sorry we are temporarily close but they crossed that out and wrote sorry we are closed. My guess is that they were trying to update the range, ran out of money and now they can afford to finish and lost the building because they couldn't afford to pay for the building.

The facility could be top notch but the ΓÇ£kidsΓÇ¥ that work there are lazy and rude. ItΓÇÖs dirty and unsafe. The staff never goes in the shooting area to monitor activity. IΓÇÖve had groups of black people waving their AKΓÇÖs around wildly taking photos of each other so I left and never went back. ItΓÇÖs easy to see why they lost their FFL. Go to Range USA, itΓÇÖs clean, everything works, they have safety officers on duty at all times and the range is large. Bye bye great American.

They said temporarily closed but the sign on the door changed to closed. Kept charging my card and LITERALLY got sued and had to pay 15000. What type of business is this.

They are closed "temporarily" and still trying to charge my card for my membership. Month 2 of "temporary" closure and still trying to charge my credit card for membership fee. Anyone foolish enough to use a debit card, they are just stealing your money. Phone number won't accept messages.

This range used to be state of the art sadly it's not that way any more. The range is filthy. It looks as though they haven't cleaned up the expended brass in a long time. The target holders are shot out and pretty much useless. The target controls are disgusting and difficult to use because of how dirty they are. The range is not well lit. I could barely see my pistol sights due poor lighting. As for the store portion, it in no way resembles the photos on the website. For the price they are charging the facilities should be way better.

Been a member for a few weeks now. Member Price is reasonable and pays for itself in one visit, employees are super kind, range is always clean and good to go. It's right next to my gym so I often shoot before or after working out. Won't be canceling any time soon.

I dont know if its how we looked or if he thought we were new or young, an older employee badgered us from the second we walked through the door, with everything from handling our property without permission by ripping it out of our hands to inspect for compliance, sweeping in the range to scout us for minutes to find any infraction, and making us go back outside to find a nickel because he didn't want to break a dollar. weΓÇÖve been coming here for 4 years as a tradition as friends to meet up and have a good time but now we might just do the ranges closer to our homes.

Been handling firearms for the better part of two decades. Never once a negligent discharge. Never once an accident. IΓÇÖve been a customer here for the past few years. I will no longer be one. To be treated in such a condescending and distracting manner multiple times by a staff member is not normal. Picking up customerΓÇÖs equipment is not ok. If youΓÇÖre that bored or irritated to work that you stare at your cell phone sitting in a chair, act rude when people make a transaction and then hound people at the range, then find a job that doesnΓÇÖt require bare minimal people skills. This place also looks in worse repair each time, as they use tape to hold it together. The prices for gear are a joke, worse up-charge than an NRA sponsored gun show for the same quality you can find on Amazon. To no surprise everything is covered in dust. Going forward, I will be spending my money and time at other ranges that do not practice Elmer Fudd nonsense.

Went shooting tonight and was constantly interrupted by an employee on a power trip with no apparently working knowledge of firearms. IΓÇÖll be going elsewhere.

Will not return here. Came here with some friends as we had heard the staff were friendly and it was a good place to shoot. An older staff member had it out for us the minute we came through the door. He was one of the rudest employees at a shooting range I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He was asking questions as if he had no actual knowledge of firearms, and was interrupting our shooting constantly. He also handled one of our guns without permission or notice, which is a major red flag to me, and gave it back with the hammer in an improper position. Someone needs to either retrain this employee or fire him outright.

Great range but by far the best customer service of any gun shop I've ever been to. I went there for the first time today and the employee went out of his way to help me with the sights on my gun. This is the only range I will go to in the future.

What happened to this place?! Went in on Black Friday looks more like a man cave than a gun store. No 5.11 anymore. I didnΓÇÖt see a single firearm for sale. I didnΓÇÖt see a staff member for about 5 minutes. I didnΓÇÖt see any ammo for sale. WonΓÇÖt be going back anymore.

This place has gone down hill since we started coming here 3 years ago. There is no up keep on the range bays, stuff is broken and hanging off the wall with duct tape. There is no air flow in the range causing it to become so stuffy and hot it gets hard to breathe. The counter space behind is a mess. The kid behind the counter was on his phone pretty much the whole time. Extremely awkward and seemed like he didnΓÇÖt know a thing. I honestly think itΓÇÖs time to start looking for a new range.

We were standing around waiting to go into the shooting area and an employee accidentally shot off a gun in our general direction. Maybe 5 to 10 feet to the left of us. I get that accidents happen, but someone could have been killed by such a careless mistake. Will never go back. I hope for the business sake they fire that guy. He was the oldest person there. The younger kid immediately took the gun from that guy and released the mag and emptied the chamber of another bullet. That KID took control of the situation.

Would give this 0 if I could. Just left because an employee discharged a handgun behind the counter destroying a piece of equipment. He pointed the gun, unknown to me, in our (me, wife, son) general direction, and then pulled the trigger. He was surprised it went off which means he didnΓÇÖt check to see if the gun was empty or not. IΓÇÖm shaking so bad right now.

Hands down one of the best ranges I've ever been to. Safety and professionalism are #1, and staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection as far as cleaning supplies, ammo, and general shooting gear. Highly recommended.
