Very welcoming Gun Shop and serviceable indoor range. Very reasonable rate to use the range. I'm from out of town but glad I stopped in!

After reading a review by some clown on yelp that called these gentlemen, ΓÇ£a bunch of poodlesΓÇ¥. I had to check it out for myself. This is a very small mom and pop shop with two genuine creatures working the sales counter. I spent about 30 minutes there and a little over $100 buying random bits and pieces for an old M 16 that I am refurbishing Call great conversation. Great experience would definitely frequent this place if I did not live 600 miles away. If youΓÇÖre used to shopping at a big box store where they have access to endless resources this might not be the place for you. But if youΓÇÖre gonna enthusiast, and you enjoy good conversation, I recommend this place. I just happen to be driving through again today but unfortunately they are closed

Great gun shop and more. On-site firearms training is available as well as practice shooting. Prices are right and they will work with you to help find just what youΓÇÖre looking for.

One of the best gun shops in Surry County Jason and Dave are the best. They are always willing help and get you what you need.

They were extremely friendly and very helpful. I myself don't have a TON of knowledge about guns and I had an issue with my rifle. I went right in and they used their combined experience in working with guns to help me with my problem. They also have a few old bayonets and vintage firearms if you're interested in history as well. Will definitely be coming back.

Great experiences all around. Jason and David are very knowledgeable and helpful for novice and experienced. Highly recommend the conceal carry class. Love the indoor shooting range.

I have bought fo 15 years at this store .I've been to many and many look high end but what l can say is no frills,customer service is number 1,knowledge base is exceptionial,repairs are top shelf.if you don't like the prices then you need to shop at wally world,when you need repair on your 357 bring it there.let me know how well the repair whent.love the selection,store jason and gun monkey 🐒

First impressions, compared to other gun stores in the area,this place is filthy. Seemed like a pretty small overpriced inventory. I wouldn't recommend off my one and only visit.

Jason and his crew are phenomenal!! If he ainΓÇÖt got it he can probably get it. GO SEE THE GUYS AT GUN COUNTRY! Shop small business always. YouΓÇÖre a name there not a receipt and Jason will treat you just as that!!

New owners aren't anything like the old owner. He would give you a fair value for your trade, and a fair price on guns. I bought or traded twice a month with Bob. I've been twice in the last 7 years. The new owner will almost always say they just don't need one of those right now, unless you have a rare gun or you're willing to take a 50% loss on trades, then they act like they're doing you a favor. Their guns for sale aren't competitive with online prices even after shipping fees, transfer fees, and a box of ammo, and a steak dinner. Theyre only concerned with money. A lot of the older customers i know have also stopped going there sense the new owners took over.

It's the only gun shop I deal with. Jason and David treat me like a brother, family. They are both very knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions you may have. They tailor fit you to a nice fit and caliber would be best for you and a pistol and gives you a comfortable grip. I go by and when I open the door, I'm always greeted with a smile and always glad to see me. It's like talking not to owners of the store, it's more like talking to my brothers. I can give them a call and they know who I am. I have bought pistols, long guns ; thousands of dollars and have not had any problems from any of my firearms. If I'm interested in a certain firearm and don't know much about it , Jason and David will give me an in-depth review both pros,cons. They know their stuff, they are both as honest as the day is long and they won't sell you something that you don't need just to milk a few more dollars. They watch the shooters in the gun range. They may tweak your stance and give you a better sight line. They are there to help in any way. They love guns and selling guns but they focus not so much on a sale but you the buyer. Gun Country is home for me and they are my extended family. Give them a try and I promise you that you like them

Great place for indoor firing range. They have guns and supplies. They have certain hours. You may want to call to get the hours.

Could be a nice indoor range, but zero ventilation. Walked out coughing up black after only firing g about 100 rounds. Never again.
