Just bought a Ruger PC9 the staff was helpful without being pushy, they installed the grips and sights for me and their prices were very reasonable I look forward to doing business with them again!

This place is absolutely horrible. They make up their own highly restrictive shop rules that are worse than state law, and try to tell you that they are state law. The prices are very high, and they seem more like sleazy car salesmen than gun enthusiasts. I would stay far away from this place.

I bought a ww1 k98 sporter for 150 a few years ago and the firing pin was chipped so it was useless. I brought it back with the intention of ordering a new firing pin because Les, claimed to be a legit gunsmith so we thought he had enough knowledge to make a new one or at least repair it. But no, I was told it was a rare part and he couldn't find it. Funny enough I found the exact firing pin online and had it shipped and deliver in 2 days, he had my rifle for 2 weeks trying to get a part. Owner is inexperienced and ignorant

Terrible customer service. They hung up on me over the phone as I was trying to get information regarding an order IΓÇÖd placed. Their employees aren't on the same page. One told me I could send a stripped lower to their FFL, and then after I placed an order they kicked it back saying that it couldnΓÇÖt be received due to ΓÇ£my name being on the packageΓÇ¥. Not the first time their customer service was lacking.
