The whole staff is fun and friendly. Very informative. I took my friends to pick out her first gun. No purchase was made because she wanted a more expensive model that we were prepared to buy. Well be back. Safety is a exalted priority there. They offer a lot of great courses to help understand your dogs, how to carry, place, care and shoot your firearm. I haven't seen the shooting range yet, but, they offer it.

I was in here shooting today. My rifle was giving me issues and was misfiring. Quentin was super helpful and went out of his way to help me troubleshoot my gun. Even taking out his Allen wrench and tightening some loose screws. He is very knowledgeable about firearms. The entire staff was friendly as well. I would highly recommend!

Older establishement, dare I say they are OG in the game. Decent selection of firearms & accessories. The range shows its age but it gets the job done if you want to hone your skills. There is also a rifle range next door. I came her for the range and it served my needs.

Another solid range in Jax. Staff seemed young, but friendly and professional. Range is average. Better lighting would be perfect. Would recommend.

Went to the range for the first time, it was a very good experience, I bring my own stuff so the range fee was all I paid for. I brought an AR to the guys in the shop and they helped me take a look at it and even fixed a couple things and torqued it all down for me so I have no future issues! Very knowledgeable and helpful, really good guys!

The guys here are awesome, always helpful and super knowledgeable. This is the only range I will go to when IΓÇÖm in the Jacksonville area.

I took my wife here on our US trip. She has always been hesitant near firearms but Han and the team were extremely welcoming and supportive to get her shooting. After a box through a suppressed .22 she was hooked and shot pistols confidently up to a 44 mag (and 5.56 in the rifles the following day)! IΓÇÖm thoroughly impressed and grateful for the support and assistance received by Han and the team. We would definitely return if we are ever in the area again! Out of the 3 ranges we visited, this was by far the best!

I met a gentleman by the name of Rodger and the staff they ran the background check I wanted to class with Rodger when I was done we went out and shot the gun very informative I feel very comfortable with a gun that I bought great place to go

Go see Rodger! I have minimal experience with guns. Grew up around them and had some brief exposure to them, but this class was so great to start from the ground up with little details that one might not think to tell someone new. Rodger was so patient and funny and answered all of my questions no matter how common sense they may have seemed to someone knowledgeable with guns. I plan to go back every three weeks.

DonΓÇÖt buy from here. Very bad service. I bought an optic for my fire arm to be installed and they claimed to have it missing yet wouldnΓÇÖt refund the $500 I paid for it. BEWARE!

I went to Gun Gallery having never shot a handgun. Roger gave me an in-depth introduction to gun safety and how to shoot a gun. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend.

Gun Gallery has been amazing in handling multiple FFL transfers for me, even though the process is complicated since I hold a non-immigrant visa with a hunting license. Many other FFLs have either refused to do the transfer or treated me with outright discrimination, but Gun Gallery has always made the experience smooth and hassle-free. Their professionalism and respect are second to none. Additionally, I really appreciate their initiative with LadiesΓÇÖ Day on Tuesdays, where women can shoot for free. Unlike similar promotions at other places, this is about empowering more women to safely and confidently learn about firearms, not just attracting men through gimmicks. ItΓÇÖs a fantastic and forward-thinking idea. Highly recommend Gun Gallery for their great service and community values!

Really great place to go for shooting. Myself as a new shooter felt very welcome. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean, lots of etiquette here. Han the staff member that started me up, left me with such a good feeling I had to make this review.

It's been a while since I've handled a gun. I was talking to Roger and I signed up for his gun safety course. It was well worth the money! He puts you in instances you may encounter one day. I enjoyed training on proper handling and shooting my gun. Looking at my target after shooting and comparing it to the neighbors, the course was worth its price in ammo!!
