Customer Service is awesome. I dropped off my rifle to have a night vision sight installed. I picked it up the following day & was met by professionals who treated me with respect. As a 70 year old Disabled Air Force Veteran, I am pleased with the respect I was given. It's not every day I feel respected because of my age & being a female. Yes, I know how to handle weapons. I was even thanked for my service to our country. I recommend this gun store whole heartedly. Check it out.

First time gun owner here and was Looking for something for home defense. Pablo was super helpful and was very candid about what he thought was the right choice for me. Gave a killer deal and even spent some time with me on the range. Came back the next day and got an AR and he gave the same helpful insight and education. Forever grateful for him patience and insight. Thank you Pablo!

As many others have stated, these guys massively up charge for literally everything, and from reading what others have said if you goto sell a gun to them they offer insultingly low offers. In my experience the one time I went just to check it out, I saw 40$ 20 round boxes of ak ammo max 15$ anywhere else, 40$ ak scope mounts off Amazon for 100$. Steer clear of this place.

I only went for the range, pretty hassle free, haven't been to very many ranges but seemed about the same, Had a good holster recommendation for the gun I was shooting.

Rude and unhelpful. Told us $65.00 for a transfer fee on the phone which is arguably high, but then tried to charge $135.00 once we were there. Also heard a customer asking about AR weights, and the man behind the desk just said, "they're all about the same." Definitely not a place to come if you want honest, qualified help. Shop somewhere else.

The pricing here is absolutely outrageous. $45 for a Milspec castle nut (theyΓÇÖre $5 anywhere else), $240 for an SBA3 ($99 anywhere else), pistols/rifles almost double MSRP. Do not waste your time here. It would be laughable if they werenΓÇÖt knowingly taking advantage of people.

Jeffery, Pablo, Beebee were extremely helpful and mindful of my needs. Everyone here is positive and over willing to help and teach. When you walk into this place, you immediately feel welcome and excited to learn about guns, how to use different firearms, and they make you feel like you are apart of the community. IΓÇÖve been to a lot of different businessΓÇÖs, and this is by far the best of them all. If you are looking for a new firearm, ammo, gear, or just want to learn, or want to sharpen your craft, this is the place to be!!

They were friendly enough however I think the price was a bit excessive. 3 of us shooting with 2 targets each $75.68 and we had our own ammo. At those prices I don't think we will ever go back.

Zero stars. They are VERY eager to sell you something, almost as if they are on a commission basis or just don't have customers. I can see why now that I read these reviews. I went in to buy a Sig mag & I was quoted $68!! DOUBLE the price of other stores. I went to GunMagWearhouse online & confirmed they are overcharging. I called the man at GunWorld just to hear him explain away their pricing & he tried to say the $38 charged at GunMagWearhouse was for refurbished mags!! This is completely false & an outright lie. Going to this store as a women is like going to a mechanic who thinks you are stupid. I hope this store goes under for their lack of integrity.

Very nice customer service, good selection of guns, ammo prices are just rather expensive. Lots of bulk ammo, just not at a price that seems reasonable. Very nice gun working the counter when I came in, wanted to get me into something I wanted.

If I could give negative stars based on experience I would. I went to this location to pick up an FFL transfer. Prior to my arrival of pick up an employee told me it would cost $65. Which is a lot considering other locations in my area charged $20-$30. I ask the employee for the reason of the high charge, but he only said that that was what they charge. So, I went to pick up my pistol and asked the employee again what the cost would be. And this time he says $135. I was blown away by the increase and I told him I spoke with someone less than a few hours ago and was told $65. I asked him if I could speak to the manager. Mike (manager) would not speak to me according to the employee he was on a business call, and I could hear Mike saying to the employee to tell me that $135 is the price and that is the price of doing business. I was blown away by his response. At least be a manager who's running a shady business and say it to my face. Instead of hiding behind a wall so you're not visible. The employee was very respectful considering my frustration. And helped me out the best he could. Long story I know. But never will I ever give this company a penny of my hard-earned money.

3 people in the store working this is the second time we came in there they didn't acknowledge my husband we won't be back highly recommend not going here go to Kings pawn they have better prices. 👿 Just evil if I could do zero Stars I would I guess they don't like us black folks they didn't have what we wanted anyways

Avoid this place at all costs, literally. It is completely overpriced, to the point it is ridiculous. If you go to Academy and shop the exact kind of ammunition they have here you can get it for literally half the price. Everything here is way overpriced. IΓÇÖm not sure how they are still in business.

They charge double or triple what other gun stores charge for everything and blame their insane prices on ΓÇ£inflation.ΓÇ¥ I wonder how theyΓÇÖre still in business.

Went in to get some parts for a build of mine and the staff were very helpful honest and to the point about what they did or didnt have even offered to order stuff for me had a great conversation about different types of ammo and things going on in the world never felt like a stranger

Went in to just look at there stock and they were very helpful and let me look at everything I was curious about and they were answering all my wife's questions she said she has never felt so comfortable at a gun store, Mike was awesome and gave me a great deal on 2 new pistols I will be coming back phenomenal service and phenomenal people.

Went here once 10 years ago and almost threw up when i saw the prices. Went back recently thinking maybe they changed owners, or the owner had a change of heart and changed prices to fair value. Boy was I wrong, don't see how this place stays in business, how can the owner keep this place open in good faith, by ripping off first time gun buyers.

I came across Gun World by just passing by, so I ran in. I'm so happy I did. They had everything I needed/wanted. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back and referred the store to everyone I work with. Great place!

Had every thing I needed with a large variety. Came to share the great selection and customer service. Saw the previous reviews saying the prices are ridiculous, those people should find a cheaper hobby or time travel back a few decades. The prices were just as expected, donΓÇÖt be deterred

Great service! Quick and efficient! The selection was very extensive! Guns are priced at a great value. My transaction was quick and painless, even with a full background check to purchase my firearm. Highly recommend for all your gun needs! They even have a gunsmith available if needed! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!! Lots of celebrities shop here as well! How cool is that?!

Price gouging is the biggest thing this shop is guilty of also no HK products so don't come here to look for that and a bad prices for almost every accessory here available
