Went here for the first time with my friend. Paid an extra $30 for the instructor (who was so nice and great!) and spent a total of $100. DidnΓÇÖt think it was badly priced for a rifle, 50 rounds, and an instructor with goggles, and ear protection. When walking inside, some nasty lady said ΓÇ£are we going to be next to those girlsΓÇ¥ and Judah, one of the workers, said ΓÇ£yea unfortunatelyΓÇ¥. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted in this customer service and the way he spoke about us, especially because my friend has been here over 15 times. What a way to make a place unwelcoming and never want to return. Overall rude employee and in the most respectful way possible, he doesnΓÇÖt seem right in the head to have a gun on his hip, and was shaking the whole time?

I can see why most reviews 5s. Very friendly dudes at counter.. very rare. Organized, good AC ventilation and shocking how reasonably priced our session was for 2 shooters including ammo.

Gun world has always been my favorite range, the staff is extremely friendly. Brandon is by far the best! He always makes sure to say hello, ensures the range is safe for all and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

We were there and the service was amazing, just wonderful and very generous people. In particular, our personal trainer, Rich, who was very generous and patient, explained everything to us there and was with us for over an hour without pressure, very calm and generous. He works with everyone as if he were the only one in the room. I personally highly recommend going there, and especially going to Rich. A good feeling that made me want to come back again and again. Thank you very much for everything!!! We were there and the service was amazing, just wonderful and very generous people! 🤩 Our personal trainer, Rich, was incredibly patient and generous, spending over an hour with us, explaining everything so calmly and thoroughly. He makes everyone feel like they're his only client. 🙏 I highly recommend going, especially to see Rich! A truly great experience that left me wanting to return again and again. Thank you so much for everything!!! 🥰

This was an unforgettable experience. I went with my 2 cousins one from Jamaica and I wanted her to try something new. In fact it was new for all 3 of us. The moment you set through the door you felt welcomed. The staff is absolutely fantastic every single one. They were very informative kind and patient knowing we are a bunch of newbies. IΓÇÖll say JIMMY was our supervisor and heΓÇÖs honestly the nicest guy ever. He was beyond patient kept cracking joke with everyone and just made the experience a little less tense and fun. He gave us great tips and allowed us to really enjoy the experience. Top tier experience especially for newbies

It was our first time shooting for the five of us. The staffs was very helpful and professional. We took an instructor, he was really nice and knew how to make us feel comfortable and safe with all the different guns we chooses. I strongly recommend, for sure we will comeback!

I have practiced in this place many times I have never had a problem with any of the instructors until today. I think the situation should have been handled more appropriately. Nobody is perfect. The instructors are there to apply the rules. But above all, they should educate people in an appropriate manner without humiliating anyone.

I have been coming here for about 6 months and I have always felt safe. the staff is always very friendly and offers to help anyone who needs it. I come about once a week with my father and brandon is one of our favorites. He is always teaching us new techniques and about gun safety. Even though I would never let him in my ΓÇ£stackΓÇ¥, he probably deserves a raise for all of the hoops he jumps through for my family :)

IΓÇÖm from England and had never shot a gun before coming to Florida. Because of this we paid an extra $30 for someone to show us how it all works. Rich was the nicest most genuine guy you could have asked for. We felt safe the whole time and he took the time to answer all the (silly) questions we had about guns. Would 100% recommend this experience and ideally ask for Rich! What a dude :)
