Excellent prices on guns. The shooting range was really good, we will be back. Salesman was great and we appreciate the knowledge.

Bad service. Was ignored for over 30 minutes. Would have likely waited much longer but after that time I chose to leave. I've been to this range several times, but this will be the last.

My girlfriend ordered a gun and used these guys for the pickup. There have had the gun for almost 2 weeks and not called her for pickup. They just keep saying they need to scan it into there system and they will call. Then a week when by and no call just the same reply we need to scan it into the system. We had friends that ordered guns at the same time and used a different FFL and they already got there's last week. This place is slow

Horrible service to Females, my wife went in to get fingerprinted for her Handgun Permit. My wife had an appointment and showed up on time and was told to wait in the "Walk-in" line behind 5 other men that didn't have an appointment. A young lady who also had an appointment came in was also told the same thing. The men in line saw what was happening and let my wife go before them, much to the disapproval of the woman running the counter. The woman was nice and talking to the men in line but when my wife got to the counter she was short and snappy with her the whole time. She was getting fingerprinted and the rep pushed down hard on my wife's fingers. This Is completely unacceptable behavior and I will not tolerate it

I had great time! Stuff is kind and helpful! And they maintain their range very well! I was able to rent some of their guns and i had good time with them. Definitely will be back!

Gunny's is a very nice indoor range, and the staff is very welcoming. Great place. No steel cased ammo on the range, just a heads up.

As a newer shooter, I have very much enjoyed my time here. You can rent a gun, and a lane, and the staff is knowledgeable. The staff give it a very local feel. You can also take classes, and sign up to get your carry permit. If you are new, let them know and they will take care of you.

It is a nice and affordable place to shoot. I have only been there once, but I plan on returning. IMPORTANT NOTE: Be careful what you bring to shoot. Gunny's doesn't allow calibers above. 223/5.56! Slugs only for shotguns. I recommend calling them before visiting.

Every time I walk in here IΓÇÖm treated like IΓÇÖm inconveniencing everyone by just walking in the door. If IΓÇÖve order a gun an itΓÇÖs been delivered the first thing they ask is did we call you, which seems reasonable but I have waited time and time again. IΓÇÖve waited over a week and half for a call from them before and nothing I go into the store a they ask did we call. No you didnΓÇÖt call thatΓÇÖs why IΓÇÖm here. I got a email stating itΓÇÖs been here for over a week. Then they proceed to be pissy that IΓÇÖm even in their presence. I donΓÇÖt know if itΓÇÖs my face they donΓÇÖt like or the color of my skin I truly donΓÇÖt understand why they seem to just hate interacting with me as a customer. I have never been anything but nice to them and each time I go in wether IΓÇÖve order something or not IΓÇÖm treated like IΓÇÖm an idiot. Like brother I just walked in the door. I havenΓÇÖt even had a chance to say anything yet. I would think the place being named GunnyΓÇÖs and being a marine myself there would be no issue but holy shit do they despise me. If you donΓÇÖt like selling guns to people then why the hell are you in the industry.

Prices are high for same guns you can get other places. The worst thing is they are closed Sunday and Monday. I mean your a shooting range closed on days people have off? What!!!??? Not good.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Moved here over 6 years ago and told it was too expensive.... that was NOT TRUE!..... staff went above and beyond for me as I wanted to take my 20 yo before he turned 21 in few months. We will definitely be back and I'm a difficult customer to satisfy and they are THE BEST IN EAST TENNESSEE! I THANK ALL THE STAFF.

A great place to shoot with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have also given me good prices on numerous purchases and trade-ins. Law enforcement discounts and gunsmiths on site.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the patience and knowledge I have been shown the last few days. The passion this establishment has for making sure you are comfortable and safe with your firearms also taking time to stand next to you while you are working through being new to guns is next level. I am grateful for the approach this team has to not talk down to you but to lift you up and enlighten you. Misty and Jeff has been who I have been working with. I will definitely be a return customer.

Stopped in here a day ago and the staff was very busy. They still took the time to initially greet themselves and were genuinely kind. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I felt welcomed. Great place to visit if you are in the market for anything Firearms.
