I couldn't be happier with the facility and the people! They're friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and very safety conscious. I drive over an hour one way to shoot here and it's worth every minute of the drive. The price for a yearly membership, even for an out-of-county resident, is the best around.

This place is good if you want to zero in a rifle. They provide spotter scopes and a 200 yd rifle range however, you have to shoot inside of a green box which is kind of stupid because they let you stand, or lay down prone(kind of difficult given the layout of the range). Also there is a 2 second interval rule in between shots and their hours of operation are very weird. One of the range officers (Brian) was very nice; the older gentleman were very rude and grumpy. If they get some younger or nicer staff and get rid of the green boxes I will definitely come back here. I recommend CindyΓÇÖs in Glen burnie and guntry sometimes (depends whoΓÇÖs working).

Awesome range, starts at 25 yd then 50,100 and 200 yards. Rifle range is set up beautifully, no target stands neede, supplies staplers and spotting scopes at each table, has sandbags. And rso's are helpful and knowledgeable. Giv em a try.

The walk paths from the parking lot bring you above any backstops or barriers as well as right in between both ranges in front of the firing lines. I have seen debris from the pistol backstop landing on the path. The layout for this place, while not outright dangerous, definitely makes you wonder what the engineers were thinking. MOST of the staff are awesome, although I have had a couple of issues in the past with an RSO that came across very condescending and rude, to a point that he seemed hostile towards almost everyone there. I haven't run into him recently so I get a feeling he may not be there anymore.

I considered getting a membership here but their hours of operation is a true joke.

The shooting range had 200 yds for rifle and 25 yard lanes for pistol. The staff were friendly, safety conscious, making sure shooters adhere to range safety rules. We asked one of range officers if he could help in zeroing my friends rifle. I apologize we forgot his name, but he was very patient, even gave valuable tips to improve my shooting. Daily range fee is now $35 from $25 for non-Carroll county resident. Wished there was a time limit, like 3 hours or so, so more shooters can be accomodated. Bring your own eye and ear protection, water and snacks. They also sell paper targets on site. No firearm rentals on site, so bring your own. One thing they can improve is the pistol range target retrieval system. The range uses a rope pulley system that is a workout to use especially if youΓÇÖre short in stature.

Always had a good experience until i caught the 103 year old pistol range ranger in a bad mood. Always heard about him but this was first time seeing for myself. Sadly i couldnΓÇÖt get a refund and donΓÇÖt see myself going back.

Nice facility if you enjoy being yelled at and treated like a child constantly by grumpy old men. It is sad that there are so few shooting facilities around so as to be pretty much forced to go there when I have to sight in a rifle.

I felt safe using this range. Several range officers in the facility, building has red flashing lights and alarm to announce cold and hot range. I donΓÇÖt need to bring my own sandbag and spotting scope. A 200- yard range in this area is a gem. The posted fees in the website seem outdated. This will be my go-to shooting range.

Daily passes available without a club or NRA membership. Military & veteran discount does not apply to spouses. Its very clean, covered and had a good selection of ranges, stations, bags and even scopes for public use. You can buy targets with cash and rent or buy safety gear. The veterans running the range are very dedicated to making sure everyone is safe and following their rules first, and having a good time as well. The log in speech of the gentleman at the desk is fantastic as the computer system has some personality to it.

Great shooting range. The only outdoor range close to me that you don't need a membership to. Cool staff veterans and retired cops, not expensive, bring your own ammo and firearms able to shoot on rifle and pistol ranges for price of entry. Awesome range looking forward to more days shooting here.

Good range for handguns and rifles. Shotguns are limited to slugs, and wish they add a Skeet area but it's understandable. Safety is kept well amongst the range.

Really well done set-up! The Range Safety Officers run a tight ship but personally this made me feel more comfortable shooting with others! Great experience that I would highly recommend 👌! Negative: The road to this complex is in need of some love and attention.

I have been there twice and this last time was with my grandson. First time for him to shoot and was very pleased with the helpful, friendly staff. I was also very pleased with the safety that I felt for the both of us. Very convenient and reasonably priced.

Nicest outdoor range I've been to in MD. Staff was super helpful and ran a safe range. The firing line is covered and the targets are marked with the yard lines. I will be making this my go-to outdoor range going forward.

Interesting the kinds of reviews people write about places. Very clean and well laid out facility. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to find if you just keep driving straight once you enter landfill.

Don't pay attention to the 1-star reviews. They're obviously from unsafe shooters who were salty and had no business being on a firing line. The staff are all engaging, friendly, and as RSOs their #1 priority is safety, regardless of your feelings. They offer targets and ear pro (foam) at better prices than you're going to find anywhere else, and each lane also has staple guns provided so no need to buy/bring your own. 10/10 would recommend!

Went for the first time last week and had a blast! The staff was very nice and accommodating. I told them it was my first time there and they walked me around, explained their rules, and set me loose! The range was clean and well maintained. I'll definitely be going back.

I'm not sure where this was even located. The GPS kept routing us to the landfill. We tried calling but no answer. Kinda sucked. Had no clue where to go .
