Q: Can you use your chronograph to test loads?

A: Shouldn't be an issue. I would just get with Henry before you set up and he might be able to help you out a bit. He's great and the place is great. Not like the standard range that has tons of rules (1 shot every 5 seconds) and people breathing down you neck. If your reckless or inexperienced you would be allowed to stay long I'm sure.

Iv been coming here for the past 3-4 years, I would usually go on sundays. However after not going for over a year due to moving to another area I decided to go today with my dad for his first time. IΓÇÖm use to seeing Henry himself but today I was met with Mike. Mike at first was nice and collective. But today of all days he seemed to be more fixated on keeping track of My mistakes in the range. Though I havenΓÇÖt made any besides 1 mistake which was keeping the action open on my AR. Before that I was explaining to him IΓÇÖve came to HenryΓÇÖs many times as well other ranges with some decent amount of experience, maybe more than most people. I was struggling to keep the action open for my AR since it was my first ever AR and only had 1-2 chances to ever use it on the range. He saw me struggle to keep it open and came to ΓÇ£helpΓÇ¥ while saying ΓÇ£maybe donΓÇÖt tell people you have experienceΓÇ¥ I didint reply cause I saw 0 point to give any ΓÇ£excusesΓÇ¥ cause I just take it on the chin. But the fact he gave me such a condescending reply really made me not want to go back let alone shoot my AR cause of it. Yes the rules have changed and has gotten a bit more stricter but meeting Mike the first time having the experience really threw me off. Only time I would ever go again if Henry is around but today seemed like it wasnΓÇÖt one of those days. Maybe instead of giving a response like that how about working with the customer and teaching them. Not to mention the special treatment another group of people got where he handed out water and sodas for them as well HELPED them when shooting. As well lending them multiple ARΓÇÖs to shoot while denying other people as myself to just figure things out on our own and not be as interactive. Take it as is but that was my experience today.

The place was great. It's $20 per shooter, and you have to bring your own ear/eye protection. We didn't have enough, and Eric was kind enough to borrow some. He even showed new shooters how to properly walk around and hold/shoot the firearm. Update [Dec 2024]: Its 25$ now, and the instructor was very attentive, lectured many for not properly following range rules. However, I didn't catch his name, he's tall with Asian complexion.

Great place to practice shooting, plus Mister henry is a nice person friendly to. I've been coming here for almost two years to practice since i got my first handgun. Whenever I get a chance and I wanna practice my first stop, it is at henry's range, no doubt differently. I recommend henrys range. And please, people be aware and responsible with a firearm.

Interesting experience. Showed up feeling anxious and out of place. Left more knowledgeable and with a much better understanding of the second amendment. 💪

Bring bug spray. I've never seen so many mosquitoes in my life. Deep woods off or cutter works to keep em from getting ya. Henry and Mark are super friendly and helpful. Really nice guys. Easy to get to as well. Roads getting in are a bit rough but it's farm land it's totally worth it. I can't wait to head up from the keys again to spend some time having fun. They allow various things for targets and have some there as well. 10/10 or 5Γ¡ÉΓ¡ÉΓ¡ÉΓ¡ÉΓ¡É. Head to Henry's and have a Blast

This place is awesome. As long as you are respectful and safe, you can pretty much do whatever you want, within reason of course. I wish they had a bit more steel targets. I had a great time!

Henry’s shooting range is top notch! I absolutely recommend it. Mike was awesome as well. He’s very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. It was my first time visiting the range and although I think is small… the experience you get is outstanding. You get to use the full potential of your weapons by rapid fire etc. YOU HAVE TO BRING EVERYTHING, and when I say everything I really mean it. No restroom.
