A few days ago I came in to take a peak at some of the safes they have in stock. I was shortly introduced to a team member who really took the time to hear what kind of storage solutions I was looking for my home setup. He displayed all the brands they carry and explained the differences in what each brand brings to the table in regard to after market solutions construction and security. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I didnΓÇÖt feel rushed or pushed into any particular size or price bracket. Just got some very useful information to help select what was best for my particular needs and setup. If youΓÇÖre looking to make an informed purchase and donΓÇÖt mind waiting for assistance (because this location gets busy) definitely come check them out. A little patience goes a long way.

For god sakes put some folding tables in your ranges. All you have are fold-up metal chairs there's absolutely nowhere to put any cases or bags. Completely unacceptable

Sales dude at hand gun counter is a real jerk. They advertise guns online for one price but when you get there to buy it the price is much higher. I went down the road and purchased the gun I was interested in at a better price and they appreciated my business.

Spent nearly 30 minutes getting shuffled from one department to another only to be told that ΓÇ£OklahomaΓÇÖs source for guns and gearΓÇ¥ doesnΓÇÖt sell tools to work on firearms because they have an onsite gunsmith. All I heard was, come pay to have someone install/modify your weapon instead of doing the American thing of DOING IT YOURSELF!

My family enjoys visiting H & H every chance they can! However, we were surprised that T-Mobile blocks access to the H & H website on our mobile devices. 😵 Another instance of the government attempting to control our actions!!

My employee went to H&H shooting sports to take the Re qualification for the shooting for armed security. He ended up shooting 17 rounds into the target out of 20 and was told by the instructor CD Perkins that he was disqualified because he shot too many rounds into the target, my employee told him that it couldΓÇÖve been crossfire and that he did not load more than what he was required to load into his Mag clips. There were several witnesses who saw and heard the entire interaction while discussed the policies of cleat which he could not prove existed on why he disqualify my employee. He became very argumentative, gotten my employeeΓÇÖs face and told him that he wasnΓÇÖt even gonna allow him to take the class over, even though my employee was just questioning why he just qualified him. he ΓÇ£CDΓÇ¥ went to the manager as I was calling the manager. He left his class when there are people still there trying to shoot and qualify for the states requirements , he went to go over there and say that I was just making a complaint on him. If he acted as if he didnΓÇÖt do anything wrong, he wouldnΓÇÖt have had to interrupt me, instead, he was very defensive and knew that he was in the wrong because there was no facts to back his decision. HeΓÇÖs done this numerous times to other people in the industry. IΓÇÖve been in this industry since I was 18 and IΓÇÖve heard rumors of this particular person doing this to other people that is why I was up there to witness this because I wanted it reported to CLEET Who regulates this type of instructors and actually train them. While I was making another complaint, another coworker of his became argumentative and made a comment that heΓÇÖs tired of people like me making complaints because they donΓÇÖt get their way, and I told him I simply wanted it to be fair and across the board and that all the regulations were being followed accordingly to CLEETΓÇÖs Guidelines and regulations when I requested the paperwork, he could not show me anything that he was enforcing that was being held up by the state of Oklahoma. This needs to be thoroughly looked into and I would recommend no one to go to train at this location and if theyΓÇÖre gonna run their business like this and not reach out to people to get issues like this resolved. The manager Mike of H&H told me he would look into this and do it through investigation on what happened I was also told by CLEET that they would look into this as well. I will say after talking to Mike which by the look at it from other people who have complained, he is a big issue to how this place is being ran, he takes up for his employees without doing any investigation to see if his employees are actually doing something wrong to me that is not how you run a business. As a person who was born and raised here in Oklahoma, we need to obviously support our small businesses, but when theyΓÇÖre doing an ethical practices to gain more income for their business rather than taking care of their customers, we should go to other locations to support them and not support businesses like this. IΓÇÖve heard nothing back from H&H to correct the issue. All I was told is that they were gonna look into it.. if youΓÇÖre in the Security business and youΓÇÖre going for your prequalification, I would not recommend the CD Perkins. I would recommend SOR Paul Gordon.. I hate giving bad reviews like this, but I also hate bad. Customer service and I hate employees who take advantage of their customers, IΓÇÖve done business with H&H shooting sports For over 15 years, and although theyΓÇÖve done some things that I feel they couldΓÇÖve done better like bad Customer Service or Training issues that IΓÇÖve heard from other coworkers or employees, IΓÇÖve kept going with them given them a second chance a third chance and a fourth chance and this time I donΓÇÖt see any other chances they made no effort to correct the issue.

Just watched Zack on the tv about ghost guns. Sad uneducated comments. H&H, do yourself a favor, donΓÇÖt do interviews or op ed to the news stations. Nothing good can come from it. I wonΓÇÖt be spending any more money there. I hope others will realize how hurtful that interview was.

This is specifically for my private shooting lesson with Valerie. She started by calling ahead of time to make sure we were prepared when we arrived, asked my expectations and told me hers. My teen daughters and myself were total novices, and she not only made us comfortable learning the hows and whyΓÇÖs of a firearm, but confident in handling and firing it. SheΓÇÖs professional and just a cool person, i would not only recommend her services for someone just learning but I would go back for more one on one learning. I even hit a bullseye on my last shot.

Every time I come to shoot the only thing that stays consistent is the experience it's a good store and they have a large amount of firearms to rent the only thing that always varies from people at the range counter is I will come in with someone to rent a pistol and I will be the only shooter on the lane other times they'll want to charge me another shooter for no reason other than they're renting it but not shooting it doesn't make sense

Asked if they had any Barnes 300 winmag at all and the sales associate said with a very condescending tone "I've never even heard of that and we don't carry it. I don't even know what that is." LOL. You have never heard of BARNES?! I would recommend finding a more educated shop to purchase from. Had a lot of firearms there, though.

For the past 20 years we've given this place five stars, but after today's experience with a manager, the rating has sadly gone down to one star. Less if you could give less of a rating. Apparently when you don't know something, and multiple employees do not notify you of it, and you call to let the manager be aware of it, you're treated like an idiot and quickly ushered off the phone like you're an inconvenience and waste of their time. They could care less after your 20 years of purchases and support to their business. Extremely sad and disappointing customer service. Will not be returning. Reply to a reply - I truly appreciate the reply. It was Mr. Mike who was the one who treated me so condescendingly. I will not be calling to talk to him again. Thank you for the consideration and wanting to take the time to care the right way for your customers. That is true customer service. 🇺🇸

I went to check the place out today for the first time and was extremely impressed. I went to get some info on a couple cans and just have a look around. The suppressor guy, I think his name was Riley, was very helpful and we had a good conversation. He was very knowledgeable and I got the info I needed. As I continued to look around something caught my eye...Dillon reloading presses. Score! I've been wanting a Dillon and haven't been able to look at one in person. I went over and was guided towards Gary. I showed him the RL 550C delux kit from the Dillon site and told him if he has all this for the same price or cheaper I'd buy it all from him. He made a list and went around showing me everything and checked items off the list. He also explained everything to me, as I am new to reloading. In the end I walked out with a new Dillon press and everything I needed/wanted for the press. I have worked in three gun stores and this place is impressive to say the least. I will be returning.

Drove from Ponca City to buy a rifle. I saw the gun I wanted, but couldn't find someone to help. The guns are all out in the open in glass cases. I felt like I was in a museum, guns on display but you can't buy them. I went back home and ordered the rifle I wanted online. We have several people here that have an FFL.

Called to ask if I could shoot a certain ammo before was given the green light before i drove 45 mins there. When I got there I was told that heavy 8 pellet LEAD training load would damage equipment and that I had to use their overpriced buckshot and had my ammo confiscated. Then when I was trying to leave and get my ammo back the employee acted like he wanted nothing to do with me and and said "Hey bud since im kinda busy can you just drop off your range necklace next time." I let him know that there won't be a next time and im here to get my confiscated ammo. As someone who shoots here twice a week i will not be returning and will not be recomending them to any friends or family.

Most of my experiences with H&H has been very positive. But your gunsmithind department is a bit slow sometimes. I had a 1911 in for a new beavertail grip safety and ambidextrous thumb safety installation. It took 12 weeks due to so.e machining issues. Which is understandable. Approximately 5 magazines later the thumb safety no longer engaged. Brought it back in was told it would be another 8-12 weeks. I also brought in a Maverick pump shotgun to mount a Picanity rail. Which is four holes to drill and tap into the top of the receiver. Turn around timez(6-8) weeks. Now I know they are busy and they complain that if I stop by to inquire they complain that inquiries keep them from their work. But when I can see and hear them spending plenty of time just conversing with sales employees or customers over non related work. It makes me question the long lead times. I have dealt with other independent rifle shops that can build me a complete custom rifle in 12 weeks. Anyway: Best Wishes to all!

I wanted to purchase a gun. I had my paper work and because i was a female snd my husband was helping me with my purchase the atf guy wouldn't let me purchase the gun. I will never shop there . I can see why this store has such low ratings. They weren't friendly to me to begin with which i found odd for Oklahoma but i guess this store is like that.

My husband and I love this store. However, my husband took his bow in, to get the string replaced 5 weeks ago. The day he took it in they told him it would be done by the next week. He has called every week since and they continue to say it will be done the following week. 2 days ago they called and said there was a mix up and it will be done next week! Hope he gets a discount of some sort or else we wonΓÇÖt be back!

Normal, sane adult here (debatable). Take some time to actually read the negative reviews. They're pretty entertaining. From weed-smokers trying to get range time to ole "Chip" that likes to berate younger guys for proudly sporting the gear they actually sell. If you're in a huge hurry, maybe you aren't a good candidate for firearm ownership. If they're busy, have some patience. They're going to spend all the time with you they need to ensure you're taken care of. Prices compare or beat big chain stores and the knowledge in the building is worth an extra star on its own. Check your ego at the door and be willing to learn something new.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I came in today to take a look around and make a purchase, Guy named Steve tried to help and he handed my fiancé a firearm to look at then said something about a smell and said because of that smell on me he could not sell my fiancé anything? My fiancé then handed it back and we left, smell is not even probable cause for police officers. I found this very rude and don’t think we will be spending any money here.

I rarely post bad reviews. You have to really screw up to get a bad review from me. H&H really takes the cake on worst gun range in the city. The second you walk in the door, you are greeted with the backs of employees who are playing on their phones, a range that looks like it hasnΓÇÖt been maintained in 20 years, and any problem you might have, you are directed to the store staff who are almost always somebody in their early 20s wearing the latest tactical pants treating me like IΓÇÖm some new gun owner bothering them with my silly questions. IΓÇÖm literally a manager at a gun store and have owned guns since George H. W. Bush was president and you treat me this way every time I come to your range. Maybe have less staff that gets paid more to be friendly with better customer service than the 30 depressed minimum wage people you have in there at 2pm on a Monday. I will not be back and will no longer refer this place to my customers. Yes, itΓÇÖs cheap, but itΓÇÖs cheap for a reason just like most cheap things.
