I shipped a handgun From High Noon to Arizona. After a week (the gun had not arrived) I went back to the store and was told: " Its in route, I got into an argument with the lady from the post office and had to reship it." A week later the same employee told me "My bad I shipped it to an FFL dealer in Utah" and he is going to ship it to Arizona. The gun finally arrived in Arizona. It took me three trips to the store to find out where my gun was and get to the truth

Went there yesterday for first time. The staff were extremely friendly and really enjoyed meeting them. The issue was a health concern. A friend and myself were the only 2 shooting in the range. After a little bit, another 2 shooters came in. Again, 100 % perfect. The problem was the ventilation system was not functioning. So, after a few minutes the gallery looked like a sea fog. I have considerable experience at indoor ranges. This was unexceptable, it would have been cool if they disclosed this up front. There are other choices. Very disappointed, most likely will never go back.

Best gun shop in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Very knowledgeable and super chill crew of employees. They are happy to answer questions, give suggestions, and take their time with you, no matter your skill/knowledge level. Pricing was even better than expected which was a nice bonus. I will be happy to continue supporting their business in the future!

The best gun shop, the owner and gun teacher are very experienced and patient. Today we fired machine guns and semi-automatic pistols. We would like to come back here the day after tomorrow for the holidays, to continue to practice for the accuracy of the pistol shot. Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience

They never have 10mm ammo, we went there and stood there for 18 minutes before we could get into the range. The one guy stayed at the other end of the store. He looked over at us several times but would not come over. The target pullies would not work in three stations and no staples in any stapler.

Bought my first firearm and took my CCP on the same day and couldn't recommend this company enough! staff was super engaging and well informed and made the process super easy and stress free. John taught the CCP class and I wouldn't have anyone else. he truly cares about you as a person and as a customer!

A couple guns had a few issues and the range was def old school. The staff was perfect! My boyfriend stuck out like a sore thumb and sometimes we get kick back with his race but today all he got was hella respect. Great time for our anniversary! Will be back again

I purchased my first suppressor from SilencerShop and selected High Noon Sarasota as my preferred dealer after previously working with their Bradenton location for a transfer. After visiting the Sarasota location I felt immediately confident in my decision. All the guys there are super knowledgable and Sally went out of his way to assist with getting my suppressor paperwork taken care of right after arrival. Big thanks to Sally! Went to High Noon Yesterday With 2 Friends. Sally got us set up on 2 lanes with protective equipment, ammo for guns we brought and targets. Clean range. Simple range. Everything you need. Anthony also helped us rent and taught to shoot a Full Auto!! Alot of fun!! He also showed us some of the gems around the store afterwards. Thanks for everything guys. Fun way to spend a day. I bought a silencer several months ago and during the process something went haywire with the paperwork. Salle kept working to get it straightened out and to his credit he made it go right! I appreciate the time and effort he took for me; he's a ROCKSTAR!

Last month I attended a concealed carry class with John at High Noon. John was an excellent teacher, he was both engaging and knowledgeable in the classroom, making sure everyone in the class had the best teaching and was ready for the practical range section of the class. I have previously visited High Noon to use the range and have always had a great experience. Renting handguns for the range is great, if you have any issues with the firearm you rented, they will immediately rectify the issue and/or offer a replacement from their extensive arsenal! I highly recommend this place to anyone new to shooting!

I made an appointment for concealed weapons training, I was physically there, I received confirmation and I paid. My appointment was at 9:30 in the morning. I arrived at 9:20 no one was there, the door was locked. 15 minutes after the deadline, someone arrived and opened the door to the shooting range. I went in and asked about the training, and then I found out that there was no training because someone didn't tell someone something, although the person who registered me called the person who was supposed to train me and received confirmation that the date and time were OK. There was also another person who had the same registration. For me, there is no professionalism and no trust in such a company. If they can't organize themself in small matters, they won't be able to organize themself in big ones either. They lost a customer for training, for gun purchases, for the shooting range for more gun training, and many more other people. I definitely don't recommend it. I lost a lot of time and money because of them (I arranged a caregiver for the children for that time). I was not notified about any change in training times. I have no unanswered calls neither voice message on this.

Took John's Concealed Carry class last night, and had a blast, no pun intended! John's knowledgable and direct, which was highly appreciated. Definitely feel like I got some great personalized info for our state and situations that could actually apply to us. Can't wait to go back and get some range time!

Horrible place. Terribly unmotivated staff and everything is over priced by $100 or more. They couldnΓÇÖt even find my gun when I went to pick it up. Lost a local customer for life.
