Questions & Answers

Q: Is this a range where I could shoot a 308

A: Yes, out to 200 yards without a membership and out to 1000 yards after qualifiying with a membership.

Q: how many miters is it to qualify for the 1000 miters?

A: To qualify to shoot the 1000 yards. You must have an annual pass, then meet with the RSO on duty. They conduct the qualification process, per range standards. No day pass holders may shoot past 200 yards. This is for the safety of our range.

Piss poor company, do yourself a favor and donΓÇÖt do business with them, some stores need to close and they are the reason why. Charged $65 to ship a handgun as cheap as possible supposedly. Cost should have been around $15-25. I shipped over 100 firearms a month. When I questioned them about the obvious screwing they advised me that they could charge me more if I would like

Range was very quiet and now I know why. If I could give 0 stars I would. Overpriced ammo, overpriced sticky targets that donΓÇÖt stick or paper targets with no staplers or tape in sight. CouldnΓÇÖt shoot over 200 yards unless you are a member (no where did it say that prior to visiting or during the safety video as they claim). Range officer tubby with glasses was very condescending and quite frankly useless. He was too busy firing his own firearm rather than provide service to paying customers. Definition of Fudd and useless. Will never be returning, I should have read other reviews before going myself as range officer tubby seems to scare people away. 0/10 go some place else.

IΓÇÖve been here a few times now. The outdoor range is really nice. Steal targets, solid and level benches. ItΓÇÖs also covered. Plenty of room and the pistol range is also rather well built. And interactive steel targets that can be reset. 20 dollars is not an unfair price for what they offer. 20 dollars only gets you 200 yards as an FYI. The reason IΓÇÖm leaving 3 stars (it would be higher), I came here on 04/04/24, probably got there around 2 OΓÇÖclock. My brother had asked if it was okay to shoot his 300 winmag. Which he was told yes. Well, John is maybe his name. I asked and forgot. Well John is quite the peach. From my time in army IΓÇÖve grown used to being yelled at. Especially at the range. However this gentlemen is insatiable. He approached us from behind while shooting to chew us out like we were kindergarteners. He proceeded to tell us that we canΓÇÖt shoot the steel with 300 winmag because it will ruin it (AR500). Had he been polite and respectful about it, I wouldnΓÇÖt even be hear right now. I donΓÇÖt care for dealing with John. John ruins the experience. And IΓÇÖm not the only one who feels that way. I love coming here, I just wish theyΓÇÖd post his schedule so I can come when the other, much more respectful range cadre are working.

I come here quite often because I live 5 minutes down the road. The staff has always been very kind and easy to work with, as long as you follow the rules, you will not have any problems. I have only used the indoor range to practice with my handgun-and itΓÇÖs a pretty sweet indoor facility, they also have an outdoor range which I have not tried but heard great things. If you are a member you can shoot all the way to 1,000yds. They have a great selection of guns for rental at the range to try out. ItΓÇÖs a nice range and I have no complaints, itΓÇÖs really nice being able to go somewhere in the winter where I can still practice with my handgun and keep my skills proficient. Be safe, use your head, and be respectful -this is a shooting range- and you should have no problems! Everyone there is very kind, and helpful, definitely worth checking out if youΓÇÖre looking for a new range to try out.

This ΓÇ£businessΓÇ¥ is a joke. The worker Chris is so angry at life he takes it out on everyone around him. My buddies and I were intending on shooting a couple rounds out of my ar and he told me I cannot without a scope, which is fine we just need our money back because we already payed. He told me to go get a scope and canΓÇÖt give me my money back. Went to this other lady and she called him down to give us our refund for him to only continue this childish behavior. Asked how many days itΓÇÖll take for my refund and this dude Chris said he doesnΓÇÖt know because he doesnΓÇÖt work for the credit card companies. This establishment is a joke i wouldnΓÇÖt recommend giving these people any of your $.

Chris is a hothead. he shows young adults zero respect. He has anger issues and is not afraid to show it. he kicked me and my friend out of the indoor range. shortly after, other employees from the range called us and apologized for his behavior and offered a refund on our next trip back. i have heard many other bad experiences that mention chris. ask around, youΓÇÖll see. i would not recommend coming here. youΓÇÖll regret it. we wonΓÇÖt be back. roush is a great alternative, better maintained range, nicer employees, and nobody yells and screams at you.

Went 3 times this year for pheasant hunt. 1st time ok. 2nd time a reservation and asked about bird prices. Told $25 a bird which is what the website said. Got there and charged $27.50 a bird. Not pleased but already there. I have a young dog and wanted 1 more hunt. Called a week ahead and was told they still had pheasant , made reservation for next week. Got there after a long drive and was told they had no birds left. Planted them all over the weekend. Said there should be birds left if I wanted to go out and then pay any got. Went out and found 3 dead birds and a lot of feathers and shot shells. Went in and voiced my displeasure and was told they tried to call 3 times. Never left voice mail and they don`t text. Said VM did not allow message. Liars. Checked phone . 1 call and voice mail works fine. Said they dont reserve birds. What? Then why reserve a hunt. Said I had been there multiple times and may not come back. Told to my face . Dont need you we have plenty of hunters.

My dad and I hunt pheasant here from time to time. They have a real nice place. Good grass and their birds have always been really good flyers, I'd almost say they fly as well as wild birds out west. Thanks Hillside! Keep it up!

Went with family for my first time at a shooting range. Everyone had fun and I learned so much! The staff was friendly, super knowledgeable with zero pushiness, supportive, and I felt totally safe at every step in every part of the facility. Looking forward to our next time there!

Indoor range is very nice, you donΓÇÖt feel boxed in, and donΓÇÖt have a Range master hovering over you. Almost as if your shooting outdoors. The outdoor range is also very nice, thereΓÇÖs different steel objects to shoot at if you donΓÇÖt want to bring targets, but you can also bring targets and shoot. The rifle side goes all the way out to 1,000 yards for those long distance shots and as close as 25 yards. The rifle side also has steak plates to hit at all distances and they have a Range master on site for outdoors that can help you in sighting in rifles at any distance watching with binoculars to accurately help you out! Just a great place and knowledgeable staff!

ItΓÇÖs a very nice place but one of their staff members racially profiled the group of people that I was with and I will never come back.
