Hit or miss range. some rso's are nice and respectful, others are rude. Several of them were quite rude and seemed to lack a sense of professionalism, which made the experience less enjoyable. I understand safety is a top priority, but thereΓÇÖs a way to enforce rules without being dismissive or condescending to customers.

Great prices and amazing staff. It can be crowded and it is outdoors but the pistol and rifle ranges are great.

I went out there recently and met Jay. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some great pointers. He broke things down in a way that I could understand and helped me improve my aim.

First time visit and one of the best experiences weΓÇÖve had at a range. Our RSO, Maurice, was very professional and friendly. He took time to help us but was not overbearing in any way. The range itself is clean and well laid out. The hot range / cold range intervals were appropriately spaced also. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this range.

The staff who work this range are some of the rudest people you will ever meet in your life. One staff member is literally worse than the next. Common courtesy, politeness, and people skills were evidently not taught to these guys by their parents when they were raised. It's a shame because the range itself is actually really nice, but the experience is ruined by adults who act and behave like little angry entitled children. They go out of their way to be rude to others, which is crazy because they are employed by Pender County and NC. They also make up excuses to close the range to the public so they can leave early on Fridays and on the weekends. Someone from Pender County and / or the state should observe what goes on there and clean house. What a shame and waste of county and state dollars on employees who are incapable of interacting with the people. Alternatives in the area are unfortunately extremely limited, so many people just tolerate their rudeness and inappropriate behavior. I would encourage others who have a similar experience to contact local and state officials to put an end to their nonsense. No one should have to endure county employees who act and behave this way.

I had a very good time while shooting there, they have a nice rifle range and pistol range with plenty of stations for people to shoot at. Overall it was a good experience I will go back.

Great experience!!! Myself, along with three friends went to the range to see what it was like! The space, different shooting options available was amazing! Being a person that doesnΓÇÖt go to gun ranges often, it was well staffed and super friendly! Tracey, our RSO, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making our experience even better! We will be going back!

This is the only range that when I go , I can't wait to leave . .. only place where when you walk up to get your weapon cleared two armed guys run up yelling at you for not having a rifle case to fit your 55 pound rifle. It's a fudd range with fund rso's

An amazingly clean outdoor range. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Range Safety Officers kept everything running safe and smoothly. Highly recommend it, the kids had a great time as well!

The area is gorgeous. The staff are certified on the ranges. Safety measures are one of the greatest impressive I have ever seen. I was so impressed that I a one year membership. Even though the weather hasn't allowed me to use the out door range. I do intend to get back in practicing my Handgun skills.

Nice outdoor space! You pay only $10 and can stay as long as you have rounds left if you want (it closes at 5 pm, I think). The crew are very friendly! Heather is such a nice person and a writer. Love it!

Safe shooting atmosphere with experienced RSO on site. Very affordable at $10 for the whole day per shooter. Long gun, pistol, archery ranges available. No ammo or rentals on site, must bring your own. Can purchase targets, eye and ear pro there but recommend you have your own.

Excellent outdoor range for pistol, rifle and bow target practice. Very professional range officer on hand for safety and with cover to keep you dry in wet weather conditions. Reasonably priced and younger shooter friendly which is a big plus in my book. A little bit of a drive from where I live in Wilmington but certainly well worth the drive. Will be back for sure. My son and I had a blast here. Great memories made.
