A: Everything unloaded, separate, and make sure none of your ammo is steel.

Q: Can you do a certificating for hand guns/ long guns and riot guns ?
A: We can get it on the weekend of April to see what they have good food and stuff for the party and play with your manager and I will get back to you in the morning to see if you can get me the information on the website but it is not working and I don't want you to think about it and let me know 😞😞😞

Q: Can you test fire guns before purchase?
A: We have close to 100 firearms to rent. We have a good representation of most firearms out there. If there is a used gun you would like to try you are welcome to. Our test drives are $12 and includes 10 rounds of ammo. No other fees apply. If you choose to purchase the gun you test drive we will take the test drive fee off the purchase.

A: I have to add that Hoover Tactical has a fair amount of rental guns in their range. I believe if that something you are looking at new you can test shoot the rental for not to much. I have honestly had very good experience with Hoover Tac but I think it can depend on who you talk to and what kind of day they are having. Overall, I enjoy the folks there and the food in the canteen is quite good. Just my 2 cents.

A: Thy only will let you test guns if you by a used gun . A: Yes. We have 60 to 70 different kinds of rentals.

Q: How much are there targets and do you haft to use theirs
A: A) Prices vary, but you're almost always looking at less than $1/target. B) No, you do not "haft" to use targets purchased there. I'm sure practically any reasonable, socially-acceptable paper target that fits in their clips would be fine.

A: Ours were included in the range fee, so I assume it matters what package you buy. I would think you could use your own targets, but that might not change the overall fee.

A: It depends on if you have a driver's license or some sort of ID you might be able to shoot but you will not be able to purchase a gun however they might rent you one I would just call

A: Sorry, I don't know, but personally I see no reason why you couldn't. I suggest you call them to be sure.

First time at this indoor range, had a great time. DJ and the rest of the staff are well versed on weapon safety. Easily signed in using the phone app, asked them to look over our weapons then we were given instructions for using the range. After leaving the range my wife and I looked at a few weapons that would be easer for her to use. Nick was able to help us out with the right choice. A Smith & Wesson EZ, my wife found it easy enough to chamber a round so we purchased it. Thanks to the staff there for a great time!

This was my first at an indoor range. The staff was nice and helpful. And the range was clean. I only used the pistol side, but I will be going back to try the riffles.

Great experience here every time I visit. Just started shooting a few months back and I find the staff helpful and courteous. Had a private lesson with Brian today and he was a gem. He noticeably improved my accuracy with a few important instructions and spent lots of time with me. I need to buy a membership since I use the range weekly.

Not from the area, but came by to purchase some stuff they didnΓÇÖt have, and the staff was exceptionally helpful! Owner tries to step in and help (but staff keeps him in his place! lol) if IΓÇÖm ever back in town IΓÇÖll definitely coming back!

The staff are very rude, via phone and email. Was hung up on after a lady by the name of Dawn clearly did not want to do her job. Email responses have zero customer service skills. Why be in business if you can't put forth the effort.

Bought membership a month ago. I explained I was from Huntsville and was driving down to shoot with friends (a two hour drive). Even at discounted rate for veteran the membership cost almost 300.00 with no reservations allowed (first red flag). First Saturday during normal hours I come to shoot and there is a two hour wait for a lane. If I shot an hour, this would make for a 7- 8 hour day at the range for one hour of shooting time. Managment had no interest in refunding my money nor did they disclose this could happen or that there would ever be any meaningful wait time when they sold me the membership. When I tried to get a refund or work something out, perhaps pay for one month or something; they were not interested at all in compromise. You bought it sucker, eat it. DONT buy a membership. Definitely not worth it. For a much better and less expensive shooting experience go to the CMP in Talladega. Night and day difference in facilities and attitude. This veteran will actively tell my story of unethical practice of selling memberships when knowledge of such possible delays not mentioned. DONT BUY MEMBERSHIP! NOT AN EtHICAL BUSINESS. The drive to CMP will be less than the time you wait in frustration to shoot on this mediocre range at best.

This was the second time that I walked in to try and buy a firearm and to have absolutely no one bother to see if I needed anything. If you donΓÇÖt want my money then thatΓÇÖs cool. I took it elsewhere. Do better. ThereΓÇÖs no reason that a gun store in Alabama should not be able to sell a gun to a redneck.

If I could rate zero starts I would. I called yesterday because my son wanted to go for his birthday. I asked if they had ammo and was told they just got a shipment in and had plenty. We went in today. They had no ammo other then a 9mm. I understand everyone is having a problem finding ammo. What I don't understand is why no one told us over the phone this might be an issue because they allow customers to shoot as much ammo as they want. They also make you buy there ammo. The white headed man behind the counter was also very rude and not helpful at all. He acted like he didn't want our business.I had questions because I had never been here before.I had to ask another employee to help because he basically wasn't. My 12 year old son left disappointed on his birthday. We will not be back or recommend.

WouldnΓÇÖt even put scope rings on my .50 air gun. Not sure why that rail is any different than any other gun rail. DonΓÇÖt waste your time going here unless itΓÇÖs for the bow shop.
