500 yard rifle range with paper targets at 100, 200, 300, and 500 yards and steel targets at 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 yards. Pistol range with paper targets and steel targets. The steel targets go out as far as 55 yards.

We take Archery classes on Tuesday nights. Very nice re-do of the front area. Safe when you follow the rules. Instructors are very helpful for people just starting. Thank you🏹🎯

It's a great place to shoot with a welcoming and friendly community. They stress safety and respect for others. So far, there is plenty of room to practice, they offer numerous classes and events that are not all restricted to members. Their rifle range goes to 500 yards. Many pistol ranges and bays from 30 feet to 50 yards. Archery and shotgun ranges also.

Everything you need - and nothing you donΓÇÖt. With a variety of facilities for pistol (including an indoor range thatΓÇÖs now open 24/7), rifle (100 yards and 300 yard range upgraded to 500 yards in 2023), shotgun and archery, this club checks all the boxes. Many different activities and events include USPSA/IPSC, PPC, Steel Challenges, and more. Annual dues and work requirements are very reasonable, too!

IΓÇÖve shot several public events at the Howell Gun Club, both indoor and outdoor. ItΓÇÖs a wonderful facility with safe and friendly members situated in a very accessible location. ThereΓÇÖs really nothing more to say than itΓÇÖs top tier.

i love guns so much! both my husbands have many many guns!! im not sure how many are legal but that doesnt matter!! good place. my 2nd husband really loved going here he said it was all 5 stars maybe even 6! would go again

I am a member of this gun club and thoroughly enjoy the variety of shooting applications available. They often host fun, and safe sporting events with knowledge personnel. If you live close by and are shopping for a fun shooting club, this is it!

The HGC is and is not your grandfather's gun club. It was almost exclusively a shotgun club for decades. It continues to be, in the sense that it has Michigan's newest 5-stand range. It has 8 computer controlled Promatic clay throwing traps--called the Rolls Royce of the industry. Combine that with trap and skeet ranges and you have a modern operation open to the public on Wednesday evening plus Sunday afternoon. It also has a multi-purpose shotgun bay for patterning and tactical practice, for members. The result, an excellent shotgun club. There is more. Members enjoy a16 lane outdoor 10-meter pistol range, archery ranges, a 50 and 100-yard rifle range, a 100, 200, 300-yard rifle range, a new 5 bay International Defensive Pistol Association range plus an 8 lane ventilated indoor pistol range. In addition, the club sponsors competitive pistol and rifle marksmanship leagues. It sponsors youth programs, Woman on Target, IDPA training programs, and Winchester/NRA training Award programs. So it is much more and better than it was in terms of modern equipment and activities of interest to younger shooters. However, when you get out of your car at the shotgun ranges and look at your fellow shooters, it is your grandfather's club.

New 5 stand is a blast and staff bends over backwards to help new (and seasoned shooters). Also shoot rifle (long range 300 yr) and pistol. Someone's always around to help or just talk. Not super restrictive range but people make it VERY SAFE! Thanks guys for all the Help and Tips!
