I had a terrible experience at this shop. I went in for a pistol and, upon inspecting the equipment, I realized it was faulty and seemed risky to use. When I brought up my concerns, instead of offering a refund or addressing the issue, the owner argued with me and insisted I either buy something else or keep the faulty item. This is completely unacceptable. Customer safety should always come first, and this shopΓÇÖs refusal to offer a reasonable solution is deeply frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and safe equipment.

This store is beyond despicable. I was in a state of panic when I went there, absolutely terrified because I thought someone was tampering with my car. I was vulnerable and scared, and instead of helping me, they took advantage of my situation to make a sale. I repeatedly asked if I could return the item for a cash refund if I didnΓÇÖt find it useful, and they assured meΓÇöover and over againΓÇöthat I could. I trusted their word because I was desperate and didnΓÇÖt feel like I had any other options at the time. When the item turned out to be useless, I tried to return it, only to be told that I could only get store credit. This is after they guaranteed me a refund. Their promises meant nothing, and they exploited me at my most vulnerable. To make it worse, the product they sold me is a scam. They claimed it was an M2000, but itΓÇÖs actually a DS100 with a fake label slapped on it. The paperwork inside even proves itΓÇÖs not what they said it was. They charged me $1,300 for something that costs $100 online. ItΓÇÖs not just bad businessΓÇöitΓÇÖs outright fraud and exploitation. This place preys on people when theyΓÇÖre scared and desperate. They donΓÇÖt care about their customers; they only care about squeezing as much money out of them as possible, no matter the lies or harm involved. Please donΓÇÖt let them do this to you. Stay far away from this storeΓÇötheyΓÇÖre dishonest, heartless, and will take advantage of anyone to make a quick buck.

I had a fantastic time at the Spy Shop doing the home invasion scenario game! Tony, who guided us through the simulation, was outstandingΓÇöhelpful, engaging, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a fun, unique adventure!

I was on vacation when i just stumbled upon this store walking down the street. It was just cool to see all the interesting stuff on the inside of the store. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products on the inside of the store. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.

The owners were very kind in showing us around the store. The SWAT experience was very fun! 10/10 would recommend. P.S if your in to lock picking the have lots of nice products there.

We did the Zombie experience as a pair. The laser guns are very accurate and there is a training level to get a feel for them. Owner was very patient and engaging. Fun, unique experience while vacationing in San Francisco!

The store owner is so very nice and explains how everything works and also gives you background how each device came about! There are tons of gadgets for jr. spies and experienced. There are also charger and souvenirs for tourists i highly recommend you check this place out and bring your kids! IΓÇÖve been coming here since i was a kid and as an adult itΓÇÖs still cool and the service is even better.

Tony is amazing and very helpful. I did the lock picking class and omg it was so much fun. I paid for the full 40 minute class and definitely worth every penny. Not going to lie, it got a little bit frustrating but by the end I was able to unlock the padlock 3 times. I strongly suggest checking this shop out if youΓÇÖre in San Fran

Been here twice :) and i love it :) i got the lipstick stun gun & belt buckle . The staff is cool and the many options of spyware is amazing. Will go there first before any other retailer.

Great shop, has lots of things from anywhere in to actual security and self defense to fun things like fake water bottle and Pringle can safes. Very fun and interesting place to visit would recommend.

DO NOT purchase the Evacuator. ItΓÇÖs an absolute waste of money and a scam. Very disappointed with this place.
