I went in looking to browse a new rifle looking to upgrade my collection and Sean was so helpful in assisting me with multiple rifle options and then went out of his way to show me a bunch of different options for attachments, from all the grips and the differences, all the sight options. Sean really helped me pick out a great rifle and all the perfect attachments to get me started with my first rifle. Sean will have me stopping by again for future purchases just because of how amazing his customer service was!

one star i went in to buy my first ar 15 ,not exactly knowing what i needed ,so the salesman sold me a red dot scope and then iron sights ,so my friend said that i should not have purchased the iron sights ,so i called to return the unopened sights and they said no what kind of place are you running to sell someone stuff they don't need and then wont them return it hours after they bought it ,piss pour customer service ,won't be back after spending almost 900 today and they couldn't take back 100.00 worth of sights ,i was going to get more ammo but i will buy somewhere else

Best gun buying experience ever! HANDS DOWN! Sean was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This man even helped me mount my scope to my rifle. No other gun store will do that for you. J&J is not like other stores where you ask for something but they give you the car dealership experience and give you something else. They will give you advice if you dont know what you want and if you do they'll give you exactly what you want. Bravo J&J.

I just bought 2 guns here. Not very good service. The guy took my money...then moved on to the next guy. I was going to look at rifles also...but guess I'll go look at point blank gun shop. I've heard some good things about them.

My wife and I have been here numerous times and never had an issue with purchasing any items, including guns. We love the indoor ranges! The staff is super helpful and friendly. I find their prices fair and they carry a wide selection of merchandise and ammo. Sorry to see that one bad review. But, if you don't think you won't pass a background check because of a prior arrest, then consult with someone at your local law enforcement office first before you try. Don't blame the store for you legal issues.

Last time I'll be in there to shop. My first time I had to almost beg for help and I got the feeling I was inconvenient to them. This time I stood a good 5-10 minutes and the most I got was a smile from the woman sitting at the first register... Thanks for that at least. Meanwhile employees stood at the other end of the counter talking about going and shooting someplace that cost $1000/day/person (I add this because when they read this they'll know i was there and they will know who they are) and even looked my way more than once and kept talking. I've been in retail for 20 years and I don't wait for my customer to make MY sale, I go to them as soon as I can. I'll take my money elsewhere. Second and last trip, and as a veteran on veteran's day trying to spend my money. Too bad.

My favourite gun range. So much easier than outdoor ranges. You have your own lane and independent target retriever/carriers. 1st class staff.

J&J has been our reliable source for all-things 2A for years. We appreciate their patience and knowledge - and their friendship. And, the range is always clean and ready for a go! If someone had a problem with federal laws and store policies, someone clearly wasn't paying attention, or maybe they thought they could beat the system? Blame the game, not the player. As a woman consumer, these guys and gals do a great job, compared to other stores we've been to where they don't even make eye contact with you. We look forward to seeing our J&J crew!

Absolutely horrible dishonest company. Do not shop here. I came in and spoke to everyone behind the counter that I was interested in seeing if I could pass a background check, so I wanted to purchase a gun. I explained I hadn't passed one five years ago due to a drug charge from my youth, so i wanted to see if enough time had passed. Like I said, I was speaking to everyone behind the counter about it. At no point did they tell me they won't refund you all of your money back (even though i never touched the gun nor did it leave their possession) or that you need a completed appeal to get your money back at all. I did not want to get an appeal after I got declined and they refused to refund me regardless and was told "the 25% restocking fee is like a wasting our time fee since you most likely lied on the application". Then, when I disputed the charge, they lied on the dispute stating I left the store with the gun. I had to appeal it, which took two months to prove I didn't leave with anything the day of the transaction. I will never shop here again and I tell everyone I meet that j and j are a bunch of lying thieves.
