Went to Jay's couple of weekends ago with some family members. We had a great time. RSO on site to keep everyone safe. Friendly staff. Descent prices. Great set up for pistol shooting away from the rifle range a great place for new shooters. Definitely recommed it. Will be back soon.

I've been to Jay's Range a few times in the past and was recently back with my family (I live in IL). I have to say, it's always a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they always make me feel right at home. The range itself was well-maintained and had a wide variety of targets to choose from. I was impressed by the safety measures in place, and attentive range officer, Drew, who closely monitored all activity on the range. Overall, I had an amazing time. The staff, range, and facilities were top-notch, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this shooting range to anyone who is interested in firearms, whether you're a seasoned shooter or a beginner looking to try something new. Thanks for a great experience as always!

Me and the wife wanted use just the pistol range, we had our own targets, guns, ammo, ear and eye pro. Cost to use the range $64.....yea I donΓÇÖt think so bye bye.

Road to get there is dirt so some cars might not make it. Really recommend the $50 a year membership so it makes each visit $15 instead of $30 each visit for non-members. 4 visits with the membership and it pays for itself. It also reduces the price of rental guns inside. There is such a wide variety of weapons to choice from pistols, rifles, silencers, from 22 to 50 caliber. Try before you buy and get a real feel for the weapon. You want to owe a firearm that fits you. They even offer classes.

Used to be the go to range. Now there's a guy that follows you around and watches over your shoulder when you shoot. And asks to see any class III paperwork you may have 🙄. I won't be returning to Jay's, and wish I could remove my initial 5 star review and pictures that now have thousands of views.

Helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately you just about need 4 wheel drive to get to it. You can use just about any weapon at the range. The shooter shacks are about to fall down and are badly in need of an update. Range officer was friendly but strange and made my wife a little uncomfortable.they have a great veriety of weapons to lease even fullauto but it will cost you a pretty penny. It cost $30 for the day without a membership $15 with a membership for just standard use of the range. Shoal river is $15 without any additional membership fees and any car can get to it. Jays is good but they need to step their game up.

Been a member here for a number of years. Really like this place. 3 range areas to use, weapon rental/sales & ammunition/accessories sales on premise. Friendly, helpful staff, nice outdoor atmosphere.

Very expensive me and my husband had our own weapon, targets, eye and ear pro but some how our price still came up to $71. Too expensive for me.

Terrible Will not ever come back. Went to shoot really fast around 4 pm so I was only going to be able to shoot for maybe an hour I just wanted to get a new rifle scope zeroed in. just to shoot here was 31.00 I didn't buy rounds or rent anything. Here is some advice GO TO SHOAL RIVER SHOOTING RANGE! You will save money it is much cheaper and set up a little better.
