First time going about 3 weeks ago with my hubby (date day!). The guy who runs it is quite thorough and knowledgeable about a lot of subjects. Thought he was actually quite nice if you take the time to talk with him and actually listen to his instructions. He helped us with any and all questions we had and getting us set up properly. They also have an Archery area for anyone interested, towards the left. And a separate shotgun area as well, that is in the open towards the far back and the right. We had a blast (pun intended 😆) and will definitely be back.

I read all the reviews before I took my 7yo son there. Was a little nervous based on those reviews. We only shot archery, but I now understand the negative reviews. They come from soft people who should probably stay in the high-dollar ranges. You absolutely are not allowed to handle a firearm during "range clear". You may not pack up your firearms during this time. It doesn't matter if you've cleared your weapon. It's doesn't matter if you're military/LEO. It doesn't matter if you have a safety flag in. It doesn't matter if you bust that rifle on the ground rendering it completely useless. YOU DO NOT HANDLE A FIREARM DURING RANGE CLEAR. It is really that simple. I found that "old man" enjoyable even after I was mildly chastised for asking if they were open Monday because, "I walked right by the sign that clearly states the hours of operation". My son and I loved everything about it. If you're not a cupcake, you probably will too.

Everyone giving one star is just mad because Bob yelled at them for playing with their guns while people are down range.

For $5 itΓÇÖs great place to shoot!! However, if youΓÇÖve never been and Have the unfortunate case as to have the old man as a range master, I am sorry for you. He doesnΓÇÖt say anything unless you break ΓÇ£his rulesΓÇ¥. (As he put it) I donΓÇÖt think IΓÇÖll make the drive back unless IΓÇÖm aware he is NOT there. Un-personable, rude, inattentive to detail (outside of what he wants) .

RO is rude and has no social skills, but the place is cheap enough to make it worth the trip.

Such a nice range, plenty of room. But the rso has no idea how to deal with or talk to people. We walked in and he didn't even say anything at all for several minutes. And then as we were going to leave I was packing up my empty guns when I wasn't supposed to apparently and the guy came out and was very rude, obviously has no people skills. And then as I'm cleaning up our targets he ends the ceasefire while I'm down range. But me packing my guns when I did was unsafe. Make that make sense. Absolute Joke and it's a shame to waste such a nice place on such a poor excuse of staff.

Great place, very safe. Nice covered area, plenty of places to stand guns. Plenty of picnic tables to lay everything out on or to watch your kids shoot. For the money, you can't find a nicer place.
