Remington and Andrew are the best instructors! I took the basic handgun training and learned way more than I thought I would. They make sure range time is safe and take a great approach on having one on one time with anyone that has questions. Great experience!

What a great team of friendly. Welcoming dudes can't wait to return knowledgeable service with a smile I almost wanted to hand my money over lol. Great prices. Especially on certain nights like date night and. Tuesday for women ECT. Good selection of rental arms some new stuff in there that's nice I was even on the late side of it and they let us use range till last minute. My wife's first time so it meant a lot. As we fly back to UK next day. Thank you guys. 10 out of 10. Hope the boss knows he's got a good team

I've become somewhat of a regular here. I've made a lot of purchases and done a ton of transfers here and intend to continue to do business here so long as I'm able. These guys have a system and it works very well. I've never had an issue with any of my transfers! I wanted to update this review once more to give a massive kudos to Dejon. I have purchased several NFA items in recent years and Dejon has made the eForm 4 Certification process very easy and standardized. I have to commend his patience with me as I can sometimes make the process a little more difficult than it needs to be and can especially be a little angsty and hasty sometimes, but Dejon has always been extremely patient and kind. He's never complained and has always been a very understanding person - he's great! Obviously I have to commend Andrew, Hunter, Dylan, Austin, Remington and everyone else who I've interacted with here (there's a reason why I'm a regular). But I'm very happy to be a regular here, and I highly recommend these guys for all things gun related!

The reason for the one star is because management had a very casual attitude towards range safety. I escalated an incident where a customer was pointing a gun at my back behind the port line. This is not allowed as all firearms must be in the port pointed down range. The range safety officer was informed and told the customer of this rule and the customer proceeded to make excuses such as "I own many guns..." and "I know what I am doing..." I escalated to management to call out the customer and was replied with "Aw shucks I am sorry....". I have a preference of a zero tolerance policy when it comes to range safety.

I attended a Basic Hand Gun course since I had little to no experience with guns. The 3 hour class was quite informative and helpful. I left feeling confident operating a hand gun. My instructors, Andrew & Dejon, were very knowledgeable and patient with me and the other individuals in the class. I enjoyed the class and would definitely take it again.

I took a class with instructors Andrew and Dejon. It was absolutely fantastic. I feel confident and ready for another class. I highly recommend these two instructors and the range. Can’t wait to be back! 👍🏼

Breaks my heart to have to edit my 5-star review and give such a low review! This was my go-to place for purchases, trade-ins and to use the range, however, something has changed over the past few months and the place isn’t what it used to be; the service or the staff, especially the newer and younger staff members. I had to leave today because of one employee favoring a friend of his over other customers who wait in line to used the range, was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Sundays are very busy there… but to have your friend wait on the side and then check him in the range after telling other waiting customers that the range was full!!! Most of the older staff members are still there and I know every one of them, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. But to have that one new guy to negatively affect the whole venture is very unfortunate. Not going back again to this place, not for a while anyway, more’s the pity! I hope the new management picks up and gets the place back to what it used to be.

I've been to this location a few times and I can certainly say the staff is super amazing! They're very helpful and they always take the time to answer any questions that I have. Both Dylan and Austin we're both very patient me when I was trying to find something that I like and if a change from what I currently had.

Great place to do some shooting. Some of the best range officers I have incountered. Most gun shop employees seem to be self-important and condescending. Not at John's Creek. They offer instruction where they need but show respect for their customers' skill set. My company has sechedualed two events at this location, and I've ben impressed on both occasions. Keep up the good work .

One of my favorite ranges to visit throughout the year. ItΓÇÖs great for groups. But also accommodating for solo guests. TuesdayΓÇÖs are usually free ammo day for ladies. You just pay for the rental. Big range and staff is super helpful! #ashsaidit

The team of Pros at John's Creek sold me the suppressor I was searching for and helped me step by step with the process..the Silencer shop kiosk is in store to take care of your form 4 headache...fingerprints..photo.. From date of purchase to bringing it home was about 37 days for me..not to bad

I continue to be amazed at the friendliness and knowledge of the folks that work here! I don't get to come as often as I like so I'm far from a regular but the people are always happy to help. Because of this I drive past two closer ranges to get here. The ranges are as good as the staff!!! I have to mention they have one of the broadest selections of new, used and rental guns in the area. Hard to find ammo (357sig) is here too. Pro tip: Shotguns are welcome but no bird shot.

I like the place; the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. However, the range is not always well ventilated in my experience. When it is ventilated, it is great -- no fumes and you can feel the good ventilation immediately because it is actually hard to open the doors to the range when the system is fully on. But I suspect they don't turn the ventilation on all the time or at least don't turn it up enough because the amount of smoke in the range is excessive too often.

So a lot of the reviews mention people coming in as FIRST time shooters and getting help. We come in for date night. My husbandΓÇÖs shot guns before and has experience in other shooting ranges no problem. Upon entering we were not greeted by the white man only met by looks of disgust. Had our time wasted filling out forms, just to be condescending, rude, and inform us we couldnΓÇÖt shoot because we needed to bring ΓÇ£someone else who knew how to shoot with usΓÇ¥ ? He couldnΓÇÖt even look us in the eyes when speaking, just barking and repeating himself because he was a racist and full of nonsense. Do not come if youΓÇÖre not white, especially not a hijabi or Arab.

I canΓÇÖt believe I havenΓÇÖt reviewed this range yet, IΓÇÖve been going here for about two years now. This is the best range in georgia hands down. The staff is incredible, IΓÇÖm always greeted and given 5 star service even when theyΓÇÖre packed. TheyΓÇÖre helpful, and make the process of purchasing a suppressor breeze. Btw if youΓÇÖre in the market for a suppressor, come here. They have great variety and you can even shoot your can at the range while you wait for it. Gun/ammo Prices are great too. I recommend this range to all my friends and family for a reason, itΓÇÖs the best.

We were all basically brand new at this. The staff took us in helped us and taught us. They were amazing and profesional. My wife and kids had never even held a firearm before and they came away with confidence and basic knowledge especially on safe firearm usage. Thanks Andrew and the rest of the staff. We had a blast and it was because of you guys. Wish there was a 10 star option. Defenitally a great family environment.
