Bad customer service.Drove in from Stockton to check this place out. They have a bunch of young guys behind the counter goofing off not engaging or welcoming with the customers. Go to callled2arms or on target arms in Modesto instead for a much better experience! The range was also a mess. My friend and I were ready to spend a lot here but decided to take our business elsewhere!

The staff is on point. They know their stuff, they will make sure you are getting what you really want before they let you buy something. The staff digs in ass and ask important questions like what you're looking for. What's your plans on the use of this? Is this for work or is it for pleasure? What price range are you looking for? Are you wanting something that's at the top end of the market or at the bottom of the market ? The staff will always make sure that the decision is yours and you will be satisfied with what you purchase . If you have to have custom work done The owners will make sure the work is done right.

This place sucks, the staff is horrible. Don't make the mistake and just go to a different range. Modesto, Ripon even Tracy is way better.

Wanted to have some work done on a gun i own talked on the phone with the gun Smith and he convinces me to drive all the way from manteca to the store because he makes it seems like we are gonna talk about it face to face in person......we'll that didn't happen and to top it off they don't have the part I want which is fine so I ask if they can oder it and a $600 part turns into a $850 part plus $300in labor on top of that like what the hell man i understand markups but don't be greedy and then I ask well what part do I need to oder and I'll order it my self to save on the $250 mark up you wanna do and just pay you to put it in and they offer absolutely no help just sad seems like there are no good honest businesses left just people out to make a quick buck.

Great Great experience every time IΓÇÖm here. From trading in guns to consignment, to renting the shooting range for my team. These guys know how to operate. Their service is above par. Their knowledge of weapons is incredible and the owner takes a personal interest and making sure everybody is enjoying themselves and getting the best bang for their buck, no pun intended. I personally bought multiple guns here and IΓÇÖve never been to any shop that takes the time to actually go through the pros and cons and honestly help you get what you are looking for and help you understand the differences between all the options. IΓÇÖm constantly telling my friends that this is the place to go. If you happen to meet the owner, heΓÇÖll blow you away with his experience and his customer service. all his employees are great, and I always walk away knowing more than when I went in there. Thank you for always doing a great job.

It was a pleasure to shoot at this indoor range. The sales guys on the floor are very professional & friendly. Range was clean & modern. ItΓÇÖs safe to say that IΓÇÖll be back again. My 10 year old son loved it. Thanks for having us. I look forward to our next visit.

My 3 friends and I visited this place as European tourists today. We had an unbelievable experience and enjoyed every moment. They took safety very serious and we felt safe all the time during our visit. The instructor showed us all different guns we could borrow to shoot and was very helpful. He was very competent! Furthermore, the range is pretty modern and allowed us to shoot up to 25 yards. The price was also very reasonable. I can definitely recommend this place! Thank you for having us.

Employees say we canΓÇÖt rapid fire, they do themselves. Price is ridiculous. They even check your ammo in which other places donΓÇÖt. Save your buck, enjoy somewhere else

I completed my 8 hour CCW renewal class at Kiwi's Custom Guns in Riverbank. It was the "greatest" class that I have ever had for a renewal class! The instructors were "great" and took their time to show you on how to clear your weapon in case of a malfunction, even the owner took time and worked with me in case I ever have a malfunction on my revolver. I "enjoyed" the shooting drills that we had during the shooting and qualification session. Everything was great about this class and I will definitely go back for my next renewal class! Wow What an experience Saw this crazy guy I think heΓÇÖs the owner yelling with someone on the phone and comes to happen to be my friend who I told him to call for the price of the gun. He told me his experience STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Stay away from this place you cannot ask pricing or hold any guns there or else the owner Linden will start yelling at you on the phone. Horrible service unbelievable unbelievable and I find out heΓÇÖs the owner, and he loves to prove his point by yelling and shouting on the phone while I was asking their employee what the latest prices so that way I donΓÇÖt waste my trip coming from a long way. He accuse me of calling the store for asking for a discount where I have no idea where heΓÇÖs coming from. I never asked for a discount on the phone I was speaking to Kyle and all the sudden this maniac the owner grabbed the phone from him and started shouting at me, accusing me that I called the store 50 times and kept assuring me that the prices not gonna go any lower Ware I only asked if itΓÇÖs available so I can make the trip the next day but instead, he showed his true colors and he owns a gun shop. What a good mix.

IΓÇÖve never been here but after getting off the phone with them, I have no idea why people go here to use their range. IΓÇÖm visiting my parents from Orange County, but I grew up in Riverbank. IΓÇÖm a retired Infantry Weapons Officer, CWO3, Marine Gunner and now a law enforcement officer in an Orange County Agency. I called and asked about holster work and they stated they only allow ΓÇ£certain law enforcement agenciesΓÇ¥ and only CCW holders that took ΓÇ£their trainingΓÇ¥. I asked if they allow military and they said no. Wait, what, did I hear that correctly? So youΓÇÖre telling me that you allow a person who may have never had shot a firearm in the past who now has a CCW, but you donΓÇÖt let a military guy, let alone an ΓÇ£InfantryΓÇ¥ guy with 20 years do holster work at this range?! And the kicker, no LE/Mil discount either! IΓÇÖm an approved CCW training provider for Orange and San Diego county sheriff departments and work with a lot of ranges in my area. You guys are the first and only that not only doesnΓÇÖt allow military or any law enforcement officer to do holster work, but no discounts to the guys that shoot on a regular basis! I guess my military and POST firearms instructor certifications donΓÇÖt mean anything here. JOKE!

Horrible experience, went to try out the range for the first time . We got there early to be able to get 2 lanes and beat the crowd. The check in was a little absurd . They check all your guns and all your ammo. Which okay I get it . But Then they rent us the lanes. When our 1 hour is about to be up, we go to get another and are denied because thereΓÇÖs a lot of people waiting . Also said someone had reserved our lane prior. Why were we not informed of this? If we were to be told that we can only shoot for one hour we would have gone somewhere else . How does it make sense that just because some people are waiting we have to leave? We were there first and weΓÇÖre willing to pay . ThatΓÇÖs dumb . Never going back and telling everyone I know not to go.

Took my rifle to get threaded for a muzzle brake, they recrowned barrel and installed a brake. Reduced recoil by 60-70% and the rifle shot way better than before! I was able to get 5 shot groups that measured lesser than .5 inch @ 100 yards with handloads.

I went there twice to shoot and the kid operating the range was such a tool. He made me feel like I was being interrogated as if he was and officer and then freaked out when I tapped my waist and told him I had a CCW. If youΓÇÖre going to freak out around guns like that maybe you shouldnΓÇÖt be at a gun shop. I will not go back based on that they hire kids. If you want professionals and adults go to California shooting sports, KW defense, LGR and called2arms they all support CCW and are more mature about firearms.

Very nice place. The staff is awesome. They are knowledgeable and very professional. They have a nice variety of firearms and reasonable prices. They really make you feel welcome. The range is very high tech and always clean. The check in process is straightforward. Best place to go!

Haven’t gotten any work done. But called and spoke to the gunsmith, I believe his name was Levi, I had questions in regards to milling my slide on my pistol for an optic. I’ll be honest being new to this type of hobby I’ve had many people who have made me feel stupid or silly for asking questions. People who have made me feel like a bother. Levi did not. He spoke to me like a normal human, referred me to the right companies that could help out and just talked simple gun talk like a dude for a few minutes. And gave me info on my gun. No big deal I know but that to me just solidified that I will support this business and hope to take any of my future guns to them for work when needed. Thanks Levi 👍🏽
