Kuchman Tactical Firearms Training

I have not used my gun for years and I needed a crash course. Kelly was patient and went over the fundamentals extensively which was very educational & helpful. It made it easier for me to transition into the shooting range. I was able to regain confidence in handling firearms and understand what I need to do to improve. I also valued some self-defense strategies Kelly taught me. Great private lesson!

I recently took the Kuchman Tactical Firearms Training at the Lakewood Shooting Range with Kelly and it was an amazing experience. Kelly took the time to show me the doΓÇÖs and donΓÇÖts of handling the firearm safely. I definitely would recommend this class and the shooting range to everyone.

I was looking to advance my skills past the basic pistol certification after I got my CPL and was looking for self-defense training and Kelly was great! HeΓÇÖs very thorough with his training and made me feel comfortable and not like I was asking stupid questions. He helped me make adjustments to my grip and control and my shooting improved significantly since the last time I shot! I feel more comfortable with my new concealed carry pistol and the ability to use it if the situation were to ever present itself. IΓÇÖll definitely be back for more sessions!

From the very beginning to the end, Kelly was very informative. HeΓÇÖs very passionate about what he does because every new topic we covered, he seemed excited to share his knowledge. I would highly recommend anyone looking for info about firearms, to reach out.

I came in with some experience with firearms but no formal training with the goal of improving all aspects of how to safely handle and shoot a pistol. Kelly helped me dial in every area from grip to trigger control and everything in between. When I started I could barely hit the broad side of a barn but when I left I felt much more comfortable and was putting most shots on target! He even stayed late to give me some pointers on shooting from concealed and how to do it safely. 10/10 highly recommend!

Mr. Kuchman was a great instructor. He provided many firearms for instructions and demos. This course is a must if you want to refamiliar yourself with your old buddies or FAM fire with your new one. Super fun!

Very informative and recommended for first timers like myself. IΓÇÖve never fired a firearm prior to this three hour session. Had a great time learning from the teacher Kelly Kuchman and I will definitely visit this place more

I had a one on one training session with Kelly and I definitely learned just how much I didn't know about shooting. Kelly was a great instructor. I've been shooting since I was a kid, he worked well with what I knew and where I was at. I especially appreciated him providing different options to see what worked best with my body style, experience, firearm, and holster.

I really enjoyed my training with Kelly today. The reason I took his training was because I wanted to get comfortable with firearm safety. Kelly was extremely informative and after the training I definitely felt more comfortable.

Exceeded my expectations. I wanted to do a refresher course that was more personal, and in less of a group setting since I had been away from firearms for quite some time. Although I had grown up with firearms my entire life, I had wanted to gain more knowledge from someone who's sole occupation had been with firearms. Kelly was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional, all in a non-intimidating way. He found some "kinks" in some of my technique and form, but with his instruction, we saw immediate and positive results. His feedback was quick, clear, and in a way that I could easily understand. I look forward to more follow-up instructions with him.
