I would like to thank the wonderful staff (family) at Lake Charles Gun Club. I've been coming to this range for over 10 years now with my family throughout the years. Unfortunately after the hurricanes in 2020, we moved to Texas but I visit this range every chance I get. I was able to share this wonderful event with my family of Lake Charles Gun Club and held our gender reveal here. Between Mr. Perkins and Nikki, they accommodated our large group, made sure everything was done safely, and most importantly they treated us like family. I could not thank them enough. You never know how good things are until you miss them. This range is a gem!! If you are looking for a range, even if you've never fired a weapon to to most experienced shooter, please visit Lake Charles Gun Club! Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and very welcoming!

Super professional and helpful people. My late husband and I used to go there and loved it! The kids enjoyed it too. Mr Lee and Nikki are always helping the others. Not only did they serve our country in the USMC but they continue to serve our community helping anyone in need, especially veterans. Thanks for all yΓÇÖall do. Keep up the good work!

Mr. Lee was super helpful and friendly, and there was ample space so I didn't feel uncomfortable shooting right next to anyone. Can't wait to go back!

Wow wow wow, wij hebben de beste dag van ons leven gehad dankzij de vriendelijke mensen van Gun Club in Louisiana. Mijn man en ik (toeristen uit Europa) kwamen bij deze plek op de gok. Wat we hebben ervaren overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Wat een vriendelijk ontvangst, onze hond mocht op het terrein rondrennen en we kregen zelfs koude drankjes tijdens het schieten. Maar nu over het schieten… WOW! We hebben met allerlei verschillende soorten wapens kunnen schieten en kregen fantastische begeleiding. Erg geduldig, behulpzaam en uiterst vriendelijk. Wij hebben echt een onvergetelijke dag gehad dankzij deze vriendelijke Amerikanen. De hele ervaring was TOP, wij zijn de Gun Club ontzettend dankbaar om dit mee te mogen maken! Als toerist raad ik je aan om hier langs te gaan!!!!!!!

My experience was not good to say the least. I forgive you Lake Charles gun club. The videos hold the truth. You have the videos. Do better all the time every time. Try to enjoy your days.

I went my first time here and the old man was real rude they dont have any sign posted and he wants you to know all the rules i was going to become member after i leave i had everything to pay my membership but after the way he treat me i will never go back to that place he did not like me because of my race the way he treat me was unacceptable

We stopped at the range on our way to New Orleans to learn more about guns and have some fun shooting. Nikki and her father are both from the Marine Corps and are extremely knowledgeable about anything gun related. They took 2hrs to share their passion with us and showed us how to safely handle and shoot various guns and rifle. While I can't say that I am a fan of firearms to begin with, we really enjoyed ourselves at the range and I would highly recommend to anyone to go for a shooting course there to better understand what the right to bear arms mean in practice and how you can be smart about it. Probably one of the most educational and fun experience of our trip in Louisiana. Thank you again for being so welcoming and for showing us newbies around!

All in all a good place to have fun and to learn how to shoot a gun for the first time. Also good for kids to learn about gun safety. Definitely worth having a few birthdays here.

Just got an AR15 and decided to join the club. Nikki was extremely helpful in getting me signed up and giving a tour of the rifle and pistol range. Even loaned me a stapler to put up targets. The office is open Monday through Friday and has targets and ammo for sale and a gunsmith on site. The rifle range goes out to 600 yards, but I stayed with 100 yards to zero in the rifle. Looking forward to finally get to use .357 Magnum in my Smith 686-6. Remember to clean up your brassΓÇöΓÇöbrooms provided.

Very friendly and curtious staff. Safe and laid back atmosphere. Highly recommended if you are in the area and want to shoot some skeet. $11 for a round on the 5 stand. Can't beat it!
