I ordered ammo and accidentally got it for ΓÇ£pick up at store.ΓÇ¥ No problem with that besides I live in Indiana and the store is in Alabama. The guys at the shop were patient in explaining and offered shipment options (agreeing IΓÇÖd pay shipping for the mistake on my part) and said theyΓÇÖd call me back in an hour. They called back in an out, got shipment payment information and got it sent to me in Indiana as intended! Stand up customer service and patients!

First time visiting this shop. We went in to help our friend purchase his first pistol. We were greeted by Jason and he got right to work helping our friend pick out the perfect pistol. Jason was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed listening to his goofy stories. He showed us several pistols and talked about the pros and cons of each one. Great experience and will definitely visit again in the future!

Paid on-line Thursday to shoot Tac Tuesday this morning. No text, no phone call, no email, nothing on the website saying theyΓÇÖd be closed this morning for snow. So because of their draconian cancellation policy I drove over to find a note on the door saying theyΓÇÖd determine if theyΓÇÖd be open today. Not the first time this has happened.

I have visited plenty of gun ranges, but this is my new favorite. Beyond a great selection of rental firearms, a large array of accessories and equipment, and a great location, the level of customer service is bar none! The staff felt like family and treated us like family as well. Non-member sign up was quick and easy, with a computer already set up on the corner of the front cash wrap of you forget to complete registration online beforehand. They hold on to your ID until you return all rental property. All items are relatively inexpensive. I spent about $65 for my entire date night. 😆 Well, I take that back, I splurged and picked up an AR-15 to spice up the night. Speaking of which, they showed me how to handle the firearm professionally, and it was fun. Using the infrared site. That was just another $35 or so. If you are in the Madison Huntsville area. I recommend this location. Because they are friendly, affordable, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I'll be back!

Came to get some suppressor height sights and get them installed. Installation price was reasonable they had exactly what I needed and they werenΓÇÖt overly priced. Thorough installation well done and relatively quick.

Great place to shoot. They are friendly and very helpful. I fire my 9mm and my AR-15 with no issues. I would recommend you bring your own targets.

I have never been, but I met the owner in Newcastle airport a couple months ago and he gave his card. I have been thinking about visiting since. Him and his mrs were such amazing people. ❤️

Excellent indoor shooting range and gun shop. Great variety of firearms for sale. 25-yard range with 17 shooting lanes. Able to accommodate all handgun calibers and rifle calibers up to 308.

We had a simply wonderful experience at Last Resort Guns today. My fiancé and I are from Europe and had never held nor fired a firearm before. The staff were so helpful and accommodating about picking a gun to shoot, how to safely operate them and then also giving tips and guidance at the range. A 10/10 experience thank you all!

Knowledgeable, friendly, fast service. Excellent stock of ammo, holsters, lowers, firearm accessories and staff was extremely helpful. I will visit again and definitely recommend the range as it's $27 a day and $13 for additional person in your range lane. Highly recommend visiting. Well trained, courteous staff, and highly professional atmosphere.

Went to use the indoor shooting range at Last Resort today. The guy behind the counter happily took my money and assigned me a lane. Turns out the air conditioning in the bays was not working but he neglected to tell me that on a 98 degree day. When I asked if I could try another bay, I was told I could not. Tried to make the best of it, but after less than 10 minutes the sweat from my forehead was dripping down onto my safety glasses so that in addition to being dangerously hot, I couldn't really establish a good site picture. Packed up my things, went back to the counter expecting some level of customer service but was sorely disappointed. When I suggested a refund was in order, the response was, "we called our HVAC guy, that's all we can do". GO ELSEWHERE FOLKS!!

Excellent shooting range. Freindly and helpful staff. Facility is clean. Range has great sound atenuation, and air purification. I am blown away with the quality of classes they offer.

Wow. I can not say enough about how good these people are. We are from Canada and decided to make an afternoon of the shooting range. They were great going over all the safety instructions and the specs on the two types of hand guns we selected. Then Shelton made a point of showing us how to safely load and fire the guns. Shelton was just so comfortable and welcoming that my whole family loved him. Shelton, thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience for my family!

Staff was top notch, helpful, informative and easy to interact with. I was on vacation from Hawaii and was looking for somewhere to introduce my girlfriend to the world of firearms. Couldn't have found a better place.

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. We recently moved here from Nashville and after trying another nearby retailer and having an awful customer service experience, Last Resort will be my go to local indoor range. They were quick to greet us and make sure that we were comfortable. Their prices may not be the absolute cheapest in town, but theyΓÇÖre competitive and the service is unlike other shops which goes a long way in my book. I am a practicing gunsmith so I enjoy being able to have a conversation with like-minded people. I even overheard a conversation about recoil effects that one of the employees at the range counter had with another employee and he was absolutely spot on with his assessment. Seeing shop employees with a correct and extensive knowledge about a small facet of the firearms industry was impressive. Last but not least, they have tactical range events and pistol competitions every week which is awesome if you want to practice drawing from a holster and shooting from barricades while moving around. Practical training, excellent staff, and a good selection will bring me back every time.
