He could not serve his country so he became a badge bully. Try's to teach gun fighting but was not brave enough to go do it while this country was at war for 20 years. He fluffs up his resume, Regional Swat Team, Northern California Agency. Yuba City has no credibility . STABO School, all he has are his qualification bumps. Yuba City PD is not sorry, they are only sorry because they got caught. Look at their history. They should re-open the shooting he was bragging about that he was involved in. His arrest and prior complaints. He had to resign because he was a coward and did not want to face the consequence. His kids are probably just like him. He is a great example to them. If the state legislatures want to make a difference they need to lift POBAR (Police Officers Bill of Rights) and prosecute officers like him and Yuba City. They should not keep their benefits such as their retirements while tax payers pick up their tab.
