Easily accessible, wheel chair friendly, Most the time nobodyΓÇÖs there when I go but if there is people, everyoneΓÇÖs respectful and takes turns shooting and swapping the targets, 9 times out of 10 thereΓÇÖs new wood for targets, mostly clean if everybody picks up their brass like youΓÇÖre supposed to! Great place to go shooting at a range for FREEEEE !

I had punched it in on GPS & it took me from Reading road to Tripp road to get there. If it does this for you… it will only lead to a dead end. Stay on reading road until you get to a bend & the sign is right there at the split where it veers off. Then down the dirt road. Use attached picture as reference. I enjoyed it though. Everyone I met was really cool & I had no concerning issues during my time there. DNR volunteer guy lives down the road and comes to pick up brass & trash multiple times a day. Gives the place a unique charm because if you actually talk to him he’s a pretty interesting guy. PEWPEWPEW

Very nice place until a bunch of young Boy's show up with A-R 15 teen's and starts shooting And then Starts Arguing over their guns and me and the other guys just loaded up and Left them out there to figure it out for their own self

Edit: I see someone saying something about a bunch of dressed up mannequins. That isn't the right place. You have to enter the property from the North. Nice little range. There was a group that left when I got there that left a mess. Driving a red Dodge ram. My family and I cleaned up along with another gentleman who got there about the time we did.

This is a cool place, but it's difficult to find (even with GPS). It's a "bring a buddy range" meaning it's very, very sketchy and unsafe. So you will need someone to keep an eye on you. First time I went there, little kids were walking around with shotguns, with absolutely no regard for anything even remotely safety related. Guns were laid out on one of the shooting tables pointing in all directions. (I blame the parents 100%). It's very small. Basically a 50 foot wide path in the woods. Fun to go to, but try to go on a weekday, or time it's not going to be busy.

Perfect range for skeet shooting! First time on the rifle/pistol side can be intimidating but if there's another person there I'm sure they'd be glad to help. just remember to bring your own targets and a staple gun

There's not enough places to shoot in this area or anywhere for that matter, I'm not going to knock the palace just because no one there to hold your hand! I'll take this place over no place all the time, anytime. (God bless America & the Constitution!!!%)

Been to this place twice, enough for 6 people if they line up to shoot. Target 25, 50, and 100. It is hard to say when is the busies time I bet weekend is hectic and work day will be less people. No supervision this is a free range. Please share the range with others. No restrooms 🚺 🚹
