Definitely not welcoming to new comers. They acted like I was intruding on a territory that I wasnΓÇÖt a part of and laughed at me because I forgot my ear protection.

Staff was very helpful, great selection of guns for rent, pricing was more than decent and I find the indoor shooting range environment to be a lot more comfortable & focused than an outdoor one. 5/5 stars, for sure.

Excellent customer service. Came from out of town and was treated with respect unlike the other place down the road that shall not be named.

The people working there are great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. But don’t bring any new guns there to shoot. You may leave with scratched up red dots, upper receivers and m-lock rails like I did. The counters of there shooting range are concrete. They need to have some indoor/outdoor carpet or something similar. Like Range USA 🇺🇸 does.

NEVER sell your gun at Louisville armory they will ROB you of your money.. I sold them a Masada tactical pistol 7 months ago which fyi just with the gun and 2 mags lowest today MSRP is 493. I gave them the Masada Tactical, aftermarket muzzle brake, aftermarket under barrel light, aftermarket sights, 2 mags, and a speed loader.. And they lowballed me for 300 straight. Literal Robbery. Never go here to sell your weapon.

Everyone that we encountered provided excellent customer service!! Jordan was very knowledgeable, patient and kind to my mother and I. There was even a former instructor/retired officer who gave us great tips on our firearm. Once we got inside the shooting range, Mike was so patient and very helpful to both of us. Thank you guys for keeping the customer first and serving with a smile. It was so very appreciated. Its also very reasonably priced which made it a wonderful experience for us too. Well definetly be back….

The only range in Louisville where you don't have some Fudd RSO breathing down your neck the whole time. This is a geat place to zero your rifle at 25 yards using the available adjustable bench rests.

The minute I walked through the door, I was greeted with a hello! I wish I would have gotten everyoneΓÇÖs names because they were all so helpful! I had an issue with my gun I brought and they had no problems helping me. The vibe here was very positive. This facility is one of the best places IΓÇÖve been to. I will definitely be back for a 3rd time! Thank you to the team for a positive experience!

Friendly staff, facilities are in overall good shape and range fees and targets are pretty reasonably priced. Ammo is about what you expect to see $$ wise. The Target carriage on Lane 6 in range C needs some attention as it would get a bit stuck traveling back to the bench on occasion. if you backed it up a bit it would be able to get past whatever was slowing it in that area. Louisville Armory is a good range if you're looking for one.

I've been going to this range since it was Rays Indoor Range years ago. I must say since Louisville Armory took over they have done a nice job. I've never had a bad experience. I think sometimes people need to really think about proper etiquette and safety when it comes to firearms. You can't come into this place and try to shoot gangster. Last time I was there a couple guys brought in a AR-15 with no sights and started shooting it. Within 20 rounds range officer came in and made them stop. They wanted to argue. He was polite in the beginning then he told them to either get sights or they can leave. People are idiots.

It was our first time shooting here and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Front desk people were very friendly and provided great customer service. They spread out the assigned lanes so we didnΓÇÖt have anyone directly next to us on either side. Similar to other shooting ranges, they donΓÇÖt allow rapid fire and were immediately on it when someone was rapid firing. Prices are good, we felt safe and had a wonderful time.

Very friendly. Very safe.

The best classes by far. The only negative is that it nearly impossible to book a private lesson, and they close early(ish). They only reason I am not a member here and go elsewhere for the range, is that I need a place that is open after working hours, until 8 PM or so.
