Questions & Answers

Q: How does the range actually work Do I bring my own metal targets is their dedicated lanes For rifle shooting Would like to zero in at 100 yrds how does range go cold cant find much on the website

A: IΓÇÖve only gone there once and to my experience, best to bring your own targets and ammo. There are wooden stands in place where you can hang your targets but if you can bring your own stand just do so. They have a variety of ranges from 15 yards to a hundred. My only comment is navigating around their area would be easier if there were signs to show which direction is which. As a first timer, I lost time finding my way around. Just a heads up. Otherwise, the facility is good.

A: Yes but if you buy a $300.00 membership there's no fee. This in one of the few places to shoot in our area.

I have been to Low Country Preserve to shoot a few times now and I have really enjoyed it! It is well priced, the outside shooting ranges are spacious, and relatively private. I would highly recommend!

Just moved into the area and was really excited to shot my new AR and get some pistol shots in. Kinda sucked that I washed my truck the day before but guess I should've known, living in the country. Anyway, got there, checked in, nice guys and got directions to the range but made a wrong turn and followed the tire tracks until it started getting alittle tight. Before I could turn around, ran over a tree branch in freshly dumped sand and ripped my front tire open. Needless to say, didn't get to shot by the time I got the spare on in the soft sand. Called the owner Todd and asked if there was anything he could do for me and I got "im offering you a range day pass if you didnt have opportunity to shoot. sorry. im not offering anything for the tire. i get it but im still sorry about the tire but not our fault" Expected more from a fellow veteran but I guess money is money. My NON-shooting day cost me about $250. Dont think I'll ever go back after such nice "southern hospitality".

My husband and I visited on a Wednesday and were met with 2 amazing volunteer staff members that assisted us throughout our experience since we are beginners and needed a lot of help. We had such a great experience thanks to them, and plan to come back with friends for more. ItΓÇÖs a nice large property and there are plenty of options for your needs.

Great course. Not too advanced, but challenging enough to keep you on your toes. You can drive from station to station which is nice. Never seems to be overly crowded. Friendly staff. Love shooting here.

This is our second time here, we both had a blast. IΓÇÖm not a big fan of indoor ranges I prefer outdoor shooting. This place is awesome, Doug at the check in office was super nice and very helpful he answered every question we had and even told me about the different shooting memberships. We will definitely be going back ( I purchased a visit card ).

A great range, you can get your own bay and shoot what and how you want. Wonderful for training! Sadly, there is a 2 hour limit which is unfortunate, however I do understand why they have to do this. I have edited this review to omit my previous complaint about the "Saturday guy" as he is much more pleasant to work with! With this improvement, I will be joining the membership.

The old man up front was super rude. It was our first time going to try the place but once you walk in he is very unwelcoming and seemed bothered by questions.

My husband and I and our son in law and daughter heard about this range and we wanted to go. We went on a Sunday. I had the best time and so did my family. The ranges are amazing you can shoot without someone watching over you. Looks like people cleaned up after themselves as did we. We had a great day there. Best time we've had at a range. Now, we almost didn't make it because the guy at the counter was the most rude, nasty, non helpful man I have ever come across, and trust me I have come across a bunch of idiots, but this guy took the cake. I came home and actually said some prayers for him because I'm actually afraid for him. How he treats people is disgusting. I hope the owner sees this, I read the other reviews so I'm sure he's aware. What concerns me is that the owner continues to let him handle customer service. He needs to be out on the field, far away from people. We're not a rude family so we just smiled and went to our range. This was our first time coming to this range, so we new nothing about this range and he was so unwilling to explain anything to us. Felt like we were a bother. He spoke to us like we were a bunch of idiots just because we weren't familiar with this range. Very disappointing. I gave 4 stars just because of his attitude. I still will recommend this range because it's great but be prepared to be insulted. We were there yesterday at 1pm
