We came here abruptly one day that we were supposed to go hiking & I didn't have my DL's so I didn't make it to the back (4*) but I enjoyed looking at the wide variety of guns and accessories. Customer service was great even though they were busy that day.

Awful customer service, ΓÇ£lovedΓÇ¥ how I was ignored. Stood around for 20min just to look at a pistol with no further information or anything. The guy was rushy and just stood there.

Jeff was very informative and patient. Range was a great size and options available for rental / purchase were very good. It was a one stop shop. All protective gear and ammunition available onsite. Will definitely be returning.

Their hours say theyΓÇÖre open until 10pm, but apparently, thatΓÇÖs just a suggestion. I showed up a little after 8pmΓÇölights were on, but doors were locked. Called twice, no answer. Maybe they were on a poop break. Another car shows up around 8:20, and a guy turns off the lights to tell them theyΓÇÖre closed. Oh, and then three guys walk out, guns drawn. Because threatening your paying customers is definitely good business. DonΓÇÖt rely on their posted times, and maybe wear body armor just in case. 0.5/10, do not recommend.

This place has itΓÇÖs strengths, and weaknesses. Their inventory is huge so if you want to buy something rest assured that itΓÇÖs probably here. The downside is the customer service or service in general, in my experience the guys here are pretty curt and may not seem very approachable, which can be daunting especially if youΓÇÖre a newbie to shooting and want some direction. I bought my first gun here and that was my experience, I felt rushed and had more questions than the guy that was helping me had patience. They had the gun that I wanted where everyone else didnΓÇÖt so that was a pro. A year and a half later and itΓÇÖs improved some. That is really the only downside to coming here. If you are new, I recommend going somewhere more friendly to beginners (based only on my experience starting as a beginner here), but if youΓÇÖre like me and have been shooting for any substantial amount of time and donΓÇÖt care for pleasantries and know what youΓÇÖre doing then you wonΓÇÖt mind coming here.

Just like most other gun ranges. I didn't buy anything but they do offer a wide variety of guns and accessories. Their rifle range is just 25 yards, same as the pistol range. If you're looking for something longer this place doesn't offer that.

I visited the gun range on Wednesday night with my girlfriend, and even though it was packed (as you’d expect on a ladies’ night!), the experience was fantastic thanks to Brian and the incredible team there. Brian went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Not only was everyone super helpful, but Brian also took the time to recommend home defense bullets for my girlfriend and explained the difference between practice and home defense ammo—which was completely new information to her! We also had questions about gun insurance, and he was knowledgeable enough to guide us on that too. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This place is a 10 out of 10! If you’re not shooting at Mainstreet then you’re not shooting😉

I absolutely love this place! I just bought my Ruger GP100 6" blue revolver from this store last night. They have free shooting for ladies every Wednesdays & have a very large selection of firearms. And they have have specialized items too like flamethrowers you can put on your AR15

I live inside the perimeter and was looking for a holster for a new pistol I bought and according to the website they had what I needed in stock. I entered the building and walked toward the counter where there were a few associates stationed and before anyone greeted me, I got an aggressive take your hood off. A little taken back I said excuse me, and he said it again in the same tone. I took off my hood and then he asked do you need a range and I said no, I'm looking for a holster, and instead of walking me to them or getting the specifics of what I may have needed he said they're over there to the left. I went to the holster wall looked around for a few minutes and no one took the time to see if I needed assistance. I figured to my self I can do this same thing on Amazon and started out the door. I saw the same guy and told him before I left that next time when you as a customer to remove their hood be a little polite, he turn away from me with the same smug domineer and said yeah alright. I came to the conclusion that Main Street must be making all the money and no matter how they treat customers, I guess they will keep getting it, cause that dudes attitude was piss poor. I get it you work in a gun store, and have to be a tough guy and not take any crap wearing your cool tricked out gun but here's a secret, it's a gun range damn near everybody in there has a gun, there is no excuse not to treat people with respect. Trust this I'll never recommend this place to anyone I come across again.

Went there for the first time on April 11th I was welcome and provided service by Crystal who really seem to be happy to wait on me,I had a new Rugar 9mm and Crystal answered all of the questions I had about it and even showed me a couple of things about the Rugar that I did not know,I paid for a year membership which is a bargain and will definitely recommend this place.

Good evening, I have been going to this range for 3 years and have been a member for 2. I had a horrible experience today with what I can assume is a new employee. After waiting 20 minutes to been seen, the older gentleman told me I was unable to shoot the gun I brought, or rent a lane. The gentleman was rude and abrasive. Not good customer service, or look on the company.

My girlfriends and I went to this range and had a great experience. Kervin took time to answer all of our questions and even made sure we were set up and understood everything inside the range. Kervin was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. We will definitely return.

I had a disappointing experience at this gun store. The waiting time to get a chance to shoot inside was ridiculously long. We were left standing around for what felt like forever before anyone even acknowledged us. Once we were finally served, the staff seemed disinterested and in no rush to help. If you value your time and expect decent customer service, IΓÇÖd suggest looking elsewhere. This place clearly needs to work on their efficiency and customer care.
