Great place to shoot, take classes and learn more to properly prepare oneself for a defensive scenario, and shop. Staff is very pleasant to work with, whether buying or training in the classroom.

They have tons of rentals and gear, it's a great place to come and learn how to shoot. They do classes and their staff all have been very knowledgeable when I've chatted with them at the desk. They've got 10-12ish lanes but they only open the second room if they are busy or running a course. They've got some reasonable prices for their firearms as well, pretty competitively priced ARs and Pistols. It's cheap as all if you've got the gear and ammo, and if you are bringing along a newbie they can rent the stuff they need to learn. It's a great place, I like to bring my business when I can. They also got some sweet bolt rifles (new and old) and niche shotguns. They do have some supressors if you like giving the government fingerprints, and they've got a fair amount of parts and pieces for changing gun builds and things of that nature. It's kind of fun just to hang out and look at their stock.

On-site gunsmith is quite unimpressive. A simple barrel threading for suppressor turned into a HUGE waste of money and now requiring my to have my barrel cut, recrowned, and threaded again. NEVER AGAIN!

The moment I stepped into the building I was greeted, helped with, and was able to get what I needed. They were very courteous and their shooting facilities were highly upkept. Would recommend to friends and family.

Came here with my friends for part of a bachelor party. Very friendly staff who had zero problem dumbing things down for a group of guys who'd never held a firearm. If we didn't live many hours away, we would absolutely stop here again. Anyone living reasonably close should absolutely stop here, regardless of your level of experience. They've got a full-auto MP5 and some dogs hanging out. Doesn't get much better than that. Genuinely one of the most fun things I've done in a long time!

One star is too much. IΓÇÖm 70 this has been my worst gun buying experiences ever! First I purchased a Beretta. When I got home 45 miles away from the store i noticed the safety was loose. Went back and was informed either send it back to Beretta or have the gunsmith fix it. Well come to find out when you buy a gun that has issues, and that they made money on, you get to pay to have it fixed. Out $52 time and $15 in gas. I THOUGHT it was just bad luck. Made the mistake of buying another pistol, a Ruger. Bad right out of the box. Had to be sent back to Ruger. Ruger said it could not ΓÇ£safely be repaired ΓÇ£ and sent a replacement. To make a nightmare short it took 5 trips from the Chetek area to finally pick up a $305 gun. THEN they tried to charge me another $30 book keeping fee for them selling me a bad gun that THEY made money on! So, after all my trips, time and gas I now have a $305 dollar gun I have over $400 in. NEVER offered any kind of compensation or even an apology. When I got into a heated argument with the employees and owner he threatened ME with legal action. Good luck with that. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Two stars because its a nice looking place inside and I love dogs. But that's where it ends. There pricing is ridiculous amongst the highest priced places I've been to for firearms. So much so I couldn't stop laughing at every price tag I looked at. It became a joke between my friends and I to guess as we browsed. Even guessing what we know to be top dollar. The actual price was even higher. April fools day is still a month away guys. Yikes
